What should be avoided generally in a good music video?

My music video will be of a pop genre and will consist of a hybrid narrative and performance
styling to present the story of two teenagers who, after growing distant after one moves
away, reminisce over their lost friendship. This will be carried out through a sequence of
flashback scenes on a beach to show a point in their friendship that portrays the strong
bond they both feel towards one another.
What events would you hope to see in this narrative? (E.g. would you like to see the two
reconnect? Would you like to see points in the narrative which show negative aspects of
the friendship as well as positive points?) Is there anything else you would hope to see or
not to see?

What do you think should be avoided in this narrative to prevent any clichés?

How likely would you be to watch a music video with this narrative?
o Very likely
o Likely
o Neither likely nor unlikely
o Unlikely
o Very unlikely
