Class Rules:
1. Proper seating arrangement shall be observed during the entire class period. Students not on their assigned seat will be
considered absent.
2. All students not wearing proper uniform will be asked to leave the room, unless he/she may present a valid excuse letter
signed by either parent, guardian and/or school authorities, explaining lack thereof.
3. All students are required to bring their own calculator during discussion, and all are expected to be at their best behavior.
4. Attendance will be checked twice during the rest of the period.
ABSENCES:
As per school regulations, a student having more than 2 absences will automatically get a grade of 5.0. It should be
noted that 3 late means an equivalent of 1 absence.
“Make Up” is allowed for students who are absent, provided he/she will present valid excuse letter (signed by
parent, guardian and/or school authorities) and valid medical certificate (for those who were sick). He/She then will
submit missed requirement 3 copies in the following meeting.
5. GADGETS are not allowed inside the drawing room during class hours, otherwise, it will be confiscated and shall be returned
after class. Turn mobile phones in silent mode while inside the classroom.
6. All students are required to join Google Classroom with class code n5sfuyz.

Activities/Classwork:
1. All requirements shall be submitted according to schedule. Late submittals shall not be honored, unless agreed by the
instructor and concerned student.
2. Classwork given through Google Classroom shall be submitted on soft copy on the same platform.
3. All hard copy assignments shall be written on a letter size bond paper, in Engineering Lettering (if applicable).

Quiz/Examination:

1. All quizzes shall be done on 7”x10” Yellow Cattleya Refill which will serve as your quiz booklet. No scratch paper is allowed
during quiz and sharing of calculator is strictly prohibited.
2. Cheating
a) Students caught cheating during quiz shall automatically receive a score of 0 for the quiz concerned.
b) Students caught cheating during major examination shall automatically receive a grade of 5.0 for the term.
- Students caught doing the said offense will then be reported to the Prefect of Discipline for proper guidance and/or
sanction.
3. In case of conflict on major examination schedule, kindly advise the instructor in advance so that a “special exam’ may be
prepared and given to the affected students. The said special exam will be set earlier than the original schedule.
4. Major Examinations will cover all topics discussed from the start of the semester.

HW/SW/Project/Etc. 20%
Class Participation 10%
TOTAL 100%

Passing Grade is 75%
