Dear the internship hiring manager of The Embassy
I’m writing to apply for the international intern at The Embassy of Republic of Peru for
Indonesia ; which I found out through news spread through my Department LINE
communication group. I have experience as public relations staff in several different faculty level
organizations and the college-wide level orchestra as both staff and player.
As a requirement you mentioned that a fluency in English is a must, my English proficiency was
assessed and certified by TOEFL iBT, scoring a clean 105/120 per 2018. Alongside English I do
understand a little bit of Chinese and crude, basic Japanese; both languages should be useful on
building relations between Peru and the two oriental nations should the need arises.
During my internship at the embassy’s office, I wish to gain a deeper understanding of
international relations within the global academic community. Personally, I wanted to work
within the niche of South American cooperation which had been budding within the earlier half
of 2019, though said preference are subject to change.
Within this email along with a.pdf transcription of this cover letter I have attached my resume so
you could learn more about my educational and organizational background. I graciously thank
you for your time to read through this short letter.
Feel free to contact me through phone on 08976893538 ;through my official University of
Indonesia email felix.subakti@ui.ac.id or my personal email at velocibiology@gmail.com . I
hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely
