Attending a seminar has numerous benefits, including improving communication skills, gaining expert
knowledge, networking with others and renewing motivation and confidence. What more on organizing
and attending it.

Struggles on organizing this event gives us a lot of lessons learned. Choosing a date, venue and
speakers. Setting a free time wherein it’s our vacant but the respondents are not available and they’re
giving a date wherein we students are not available. Most of the time our schedules didn’t match. Also
managing a rough budget, because we are all broke that time due to excessive expenses from different
events and requirements at school. Testing our patience in preparing everything. It requires teamwork to
be able to accomplish easily. Giving task to each person and helping each other in difficulties. Having
some miscommunications sometimes but trying our best to understand each other.

On the other hand, seeing the respondents enjoying and learning something on the said event is a
very fulfilling. Looking at them participating on doing the banana chips cooking and after tasting it makes
them more happy because it’s actually delicious and want them to try it.

Overall, the seminar has been successful. They can improve their language. By taking seminars they
will become very able to interact with the people which will turn out to be useful in their later life. There
is a wide spread impression about seminars. That is seminars are really dull way of conveying knowledge
at least among some youngsters. But the truth is that most of us could learn the things faster if they are
audibly heard rather than read. But unfortunately these impressions may get stronger if the person who
is taking the seminar is not doing it the proper way. So by conducting the seminars in a proper and better
way so that the students can interact in that, it will be the best and the most effective way to study. So
seminars have an important role to play in the curriculum.
