Procedure of Canada’s Skilled Immigration

Step 1 – Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)

1) Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).


a. First of all our Registered Immigration Representative of Immigration Consultants of Canada
Regulatory Council will analyze your educational documents and detailed Curriculum Vitae.
He will check which Assessing Authority out of 7 Assessing Authorities will give positive
Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report by keeping in view your Educational
Institute Names and Degree Titles. Than he would give a Green Signal to start the positive
application from that Assessing Authority.
b. We will generate a Reference Letter of that Assessing Authority.
c. You have to send that Reference Letter along with the copies of your Matriculation and
Intermediate Degrees or Certificates to respective Board Offices and have to send that
Reference Letter along with the copies of your Bachelor and/or Master Degrees and
Transcripts to respective Higher Education Organization i.e. HEC.
d. Board Offices and HEC will send you back the Sealed Pack Envelopes in a week.
e. You have to send those Sealed Pack Envelopes to us and we will courier those Sealed Pack
Envelopes to Canada in the name and address of that Assessing Authority.
f. Assessing Authority will take 2.5 months to assess your documents and will send us back the
ECA report.
Step 2 – IELTS Test

2) You have to give the IELTS (General Training) test.

We will provide you IELTS material free of cost when you apply your case through ATWICS Group.
This material is based on 46 GB.

Step 3 – Express of Interest (EOI)

3) We will give expression of interest to Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s Government online
database system website and will make your Express Entry Profile for Federal Skilled Worker
Program (FSWP) and will enter all required details and documentations related to you in the Express
Entry System. The completed profile will than enter the Express Entry Pool.

Step 4 – Invitation to Apply (ITA)

4) Canadian Government will pick your profile from the express entry pool and will send you an
Invitation to Apply (ITA). Invitation to Apply means that Canadian Government wants you to go to
the respective High Commission of Canada or Embassy of Canada and apply for the Permanent
Residence Visa of Canada.
Step 5 – High Commission of Canada

5) You will go to the High Commission of Canada or Embassy of Canada with complete documentation
prepared by us and will apply for Permanent Residence Visa of Canada.

Step 6 – Medical Request

6) High Commission of Canada or Embassy of Canada will request you to get your Medical Checkup
done from the designated hospitals.

Step 7 – Visa Received


7) You will receive the Permanent Residence Visa of Canada.
