Anshul Gurha, a former investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Company
Inc. USA and an ex finance board member with America Online-Time Warner Inc.
USA. He has facilitated $16.1 Billion dollars deal as an investment banker.

Anshul has over twenty years of financial services experience, with expertise in
analyzing international stock market trends. He has worked for some of the best
investment banks in the world. His Specialization is in Mergers & Acquisitions
(M&A), Accretion & Dilution and Leverage Buyouts. He was involved in numerous
M&A transactions on behalf of firms in an array of industries, including Media &
Entertainment, Healthcare, FMCG, Consumer products, and Technology. Anshul
has worked extensively for the commodity segment as a Commodity Trading
Advisor for funds investing in natural gas, soybeans, metals, gold and heating oil
futures. Anshul has published numerous reports and 42 papers in International
Journals.

Anshul has done his Bachelors of Electronic Engineering degree, Bombay


University and has Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from American
University, Washington DC. American University, Washington D.C. is one of the
oldest universities of the United States and has graduated three Presidents of the
United States as its Alumni. His GPA was 3.91 out of 4.00.
Anshul has secured 760 out of 800 in GMAT and 290 out of 300 in TOFEL and
was given admission in 9 universities at that time, including 3 state universities.

Anshul was awarded scholarship and was selected to work for Center for Language
Exploration, Acquisition, and Research (CLEAR), USA, a premier institute, coming
under the aegis of School of Foreign Language (SFL), IInd best institute in the
world.

Anshul was selected as one of the 30 students all over world, selected by biggest
investment bank of that time, Merrill Lynch & Company Inc. USA for its middle
management program. After seeing his expertise on numbers, he was sent to learn
financial modeling from Morgan Stanley, a leading global financial services firm
providing investment banking, securities, wealth management and investment
management services.

Anshul has worked in the Finance Board of biggest Media Company of the world at
that time, Time Warner- America Online Inc. His primary work was for Budgeting,
Planning and Forecasting.

Anshul is married and lives with his wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Shipra Gurha, a dental doctor
and his son at Vidisha. He is fluent in Hindi and English languages.
