    Uninstall the old version of the videoscribe


    2. Install the videoscribe 2.3.7 (run VideoScribe-v2.3.7.scorpio.msi)
    3. On the start screen, check the "Remember me"
    4. Select the language - English or Spanish.
    5. Click "Login" with the default settings (as is)
    6. Enjoy
