PROMISE TO PAY
David B Kenney currently residing at 8426 Azul Way, Sandy, Utah, Zip 84093 (hereinafter "Borrower") promises to pay
‘Chapter 13 Financial Group, LLC at 11075 § State Street #11, Sandy, State of Utah, 84070 (hereinafter "Lender"), the
principle amount of Sixteen Thousand Twenty and 40/100*****dollars ($16,020.40 ) together with any and all payments and
equity interest from a certain “Contract for Deed” dated March 30, 2018 with David B Kenney as “Seller” and Samuel G.
Voss as “Buyer.” This contract is for the property located at 661 Maple Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
Assignment of Interest in “Contract for Deed”
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
David B Kenney, the owner and holder of a certain Contract for Deed executed by Samuel G. Voss, ("Borrower"),
secured by a "Notice of interest” therewith from Borrower, was recorded on April 2, 2018, as Entry No. 3085837,
in Book 6987, at Page 218 of the records of the Davis County Recorder. The real property secured by the
Contract for Deed is located in Clearfield, Utah, described as:
Lot 22, Block 1, SMITH VILLAGE ADDITION, according to the official plat thereof, as recorded in the office of the Davis
County Recorder. EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip of land 5 feet in width along and adjoining the Northline of said lot.

For and in consideration of the sum of $16,020.40, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
transfer and assign, set over and deliver to Chapter 13 Financial Group, LLC, whose address is 11075 S State Street
#11, Sandy, State of Utah, 84070, 100 % beneficiary, interest of the principal and interest pusuant to the Note and
terms and endorsements thereof.
“The Lender is agreeing to all of the terms of the “Contract for Deed” as payment in full of this Promissory Note. The “Contract
for Deed” is being serviced by Eserow Specialists Inc. and they are instructed to substitute Chapter 13 Financial Group, LLC,
for David B Kenney as the new Owner of the Contract for Deed including reporting to the IRS.

‘This Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Prior to signing this Note, Borrower and Lender have read, and Borrower and Lender have understood, approved, and agreed
toall ofthe provisions of this Note. Borrower and Lender agree tothe terms of the Note and Borrower and Lender acknowledge
receipt of a completed copy of the Note.
