(2014 to 2017 ADMNSI TO THE Vt SEMESTER UG CUCBCSS PROGFIAMME UNDER SCHOOL OF

DISTANCE EDUCATION

Applications are invited from the candidates of Regular Affiliated colleges of this University UG CUCBCSS
(2014 to 2017 admission) to the Vl semester (CUCBCSS) program who have registered/completed V'
semester examinations and wish to join under School of Distance Education in the Vl semester. The
students of Regular Affiliated Colleges (CUCBCSS) can join in the School of Distance Education stream
(cucBCSS) in the Vl semester in the same Programme or a different one. lf the core and complementary
courses are different, they have to under go them in the new stream. The marks/grade obtained for
common courses will be retained. Students shall appear for the special/regular exam of the deficient
counse at their own cost. lf there is change in complementary courses, it can be done with following
conditions: i) the external and internal marks /grade obtained in the previous semesters for the earlier
complementary courses will be cancelled. ii) the students have to write both the internal and external
examinations for the previous semester for the new complementary courses along with the subsequenl
batch.

Online Registration> SDE-VI SEMESTER STREAM CHANGE FROM UG REGULAR (CUCBCSS) TO UG
SDE (CUCBCSS)I from 04.01.2020 onwards.

Candidates should make the payment of fees through the lnstant Web Payment System (CUIWPS)
avaitable in the Home page of the University Website / E-payment / E-Chalan with SBT / Akshaya Kendra /
Friends Janasevana Kendra /SBT Online. No other mode of payment is acceptable. The details of fee to
be remitted along with the application at the time of admission to School of Distance
Education(CUCBCSS Stream) are as follows:-

i) Special fee (lnclusive of Application fee etc.) : Rs' 1385/-.

ii) Candidates who wish to avail spot admission faciliry shall pay additionalfee of t601.
iii) Allthe candidates should pay service charge of Rs.60/-, to send the original certificates by post.
iv) Stream changed candidates should remit Tuition fee for Vl semester (Third year) as detailed below.

5. Self addressed envelope of size 30 cm x'25 cm (if not availing the facility of spof admission).
