Petitioner and other persons by the CBI for alleged
commission of offences punishable under Section
13 (2) r/w !3 (1)(d) of the PC act and Section 420
r/w 120 B of IPC.

Chargesheet filed by the CBI i n the above
mentioned FIR befor the Ld. Special Judge (CBI), Tis
Hazari Courts, Delhi.

It is an admitted position that as per the above

chargesheet, the Petitioner is permanent resident of
Madurai, Tamil Nadu
22.01.2013 The Petitioner herein was granted regular bail by
the Ld. Trial Court .
2013-15 The instant matter was listed 40 times out of
which;

a. On 24 occasions, the presence of all the

accused was exempted through common
orders;

b. 7 times the Petitioner moved exemption

Applications and;

c. 9 times he personally appeared Ld. Trial

Court in person.

The matter was listed for arguments on charge but
the on account of liquidation proceedings being
pending, the Ld. Trial Court issued notice to the
