Rules

In order to facilitate smooth administration of tuition we have set down the following
rules. We hope these regulations will further enhance teaching and learning process
in this centre.

Fees
 All tuition fees should be paid before 15th of each month.
 Fee of tuition is RM 40.00 for each subject.
 Names of students who fail to make payments will be give reminder for parents.

Other fees
 Registration fee of RM10.00 for each subject.
 Receipts will be issued for all payments, fees paid are not refundable.
 Monthly fees should be paid in full even if a student fail to attend classes unless on medical
grounds.

Attendance
Parents/guardians should make sure that their children attend the classes without
fail. Changes in time-table will be informed in writing, or by telephone or whatsapp
group. Students who decide to leave the tuition centre may do so by filling up the
relevant forms.
There will be no classes on public holidays. These classes will not be replaced nor
will rebates be given.
