Sub: Discontinuation of weekly trading in securities of the Rainbow Papers Limited

This is in continuation to Exchange Circular Ref. No. 0526/2019 (Download Ref. No.
NSE/CML/41420) dated June 26, 2019 regarding suspension of trading in securities for non-
compliance with Regulation 76 (i.e. submissions of Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit
Report) as per SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

As per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2018/77 dated May 03, 2018, the time
period of mandated six months of trading on first trading day of every week has been
completed, hence the trading in the securities of the following non-compliant company on
‘Trade for Trade’ basis (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week will be discontinued
w.e.f. February 04, 2020 (i.e. closing hour of trading on February 03, 2020).
