Dear Madam.

We are student from the Department of Architecture of the University of the Cordilleras. Our
class in Visual Techniques 3 has been given task of documenting the facilities within the
University of the Cordilleras Main Complex and its annexes into catalog. The catalog is intended
to serve as a base for accreditation exhibits and purposes of a similar nature.

The catalog is due to be presented before this end term to the execute Vice President who
delegated the task through the Department of Architecture.

We are requesting your kind office to assist us with our data gathering of documents, plans,
drawings and information relevant to this undertaking. May we be granted access to facilities
under your jurisdiction. We will be needing to take pictures of certain facilities and seeking
consent from doing such as well. However, we will be willing to abide by all restrictions to such
as you so deem.

We shall inhibit ourselves from collecting sensitive documents, inventories, describing

procedures and prohibited installation whether it be in part or as a whole.

Your cooperation towards this undertaking is of utmost importance. Any assistance will be of
great help in accomplishing this project and will be highly appreciated.

May we likewise be allowed to return on other occasions should some things be missed during
our initial visit.
