the present Employer if P.T)

9. Copy of the Entrance Examination Result/Pass Certificate: NET/SET
10. One page Abstract of research topic signed by the candidate supervisor and
Joint Supervisor (if any)
11. Physically Challenged Certificate (if applicable)
12. Attested photocopy of Guideship Recognition Order of this University
13. Attested photocopy of M.Phil Mark Statement and Degree Certificate
