CAUTIONS :
Due to the way it has been written and presented, this book can have a major impact
on the perceptions, beliefs and privacy of its readers, and may possibly even represent an
attack upon them. Paradoxically, within this book, the term "knowing" is not associated with
"good" or "bad,” but with both simultaneously and neither alike.
This means that, in some ways, the disclosure of information to readers for whom this
information is new can trigger feelings of unease, disappointment, emotional disorder, or
responsibility (which may be related to the concept of "bad"), or feelings of self confidence,
hope and enthusiasm (which may be related to the concept of "good"), or simply scepticism
and indifference. Reading this book does not "do" anything good or bad beyond amplifying
some emotions.
This book reveals the author's personal experience and ideas as they were
understood, without pursuing a certain goal or a final truth. Just as the invention of the
atomic bomb cannot be undone, even if by definition, it created so much "bad,” the
information presented here significantly may impact the consciousness of its readers and, if it
does, the changes can no longer be “deleted” or "forgotten.”
We emphasize that this book may lead to a state of responsibility regarding life
(changing the reader’s attitude toward it), and so ignoring it is not equivalent to "oblivion.”
Becoming accountable to one’s life is far less enjoyable than to remain irresponsible.
For this reason, the author recommends this book to trained readers aged 16 years-old and
above.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 FOREWORD
By Siva Somasundaram, Ph. D., University of Houston-Victoria
Personal health involves an introspective approach towards diet and discipline of the body,
including routine exercise. Such introspection requires intense concentration of the mind through a
systematic thinking process. Unfortunately, we usually adopt habits according to the likes and dislikes
of ourselves and others, most often with an eye toward personal comfort. At the same time, we ignore
our own faults and bad habits or refuse to judge them. The result of this undisciplined life is various
body illnesses, including mental depression whenever we have unexpected negative experiences or
fail in our endeavors. However, there is a way to transform one’s life through controlling the mind.
The present book provides an excellent example of a person who has undergone a
biological/physiological transformation by controlling his mind. Those who read and follow his
principles may also have a chance to transform their minds and bodies and achieve better health.
Specifically, they can recover from some chronic diseases caused by their unhealthy life styles
because our genes are 90% plastic in nature, meaning that we can transform the body cells affected
by chronic diseases.
Can anyone achieve the biological transformation only through the control of one’s mind?
Yes. The body is made up of different cell types, tissues and organs. All cells have specific
functions to perform to keep our bodies in good health. Due to our bad habits, behaviors, and
lifestyles, these tiny body cells undergo a series of insults and stresses and can no longer perform
their specific functions. Over time, this leads to a malfunctioning or diseased state. I have heard about,
read about and seen many people who, in order to improve their health, left their families and loved
ones to seek spiritual leaders and who became saints or sages, both in western and eastern traditions
irrespective of their original religious backgrounds. They have never revealed the scientific basis of
their transformation because such scientific knowledge has not been available until the publication of
this book.
Now, because of the advancement of science and technological innovations, there is a need to
revisit the esoteric schools of thought. In the next few pages I attempt to correlate the descriptions
found in ancient manuscripts of a unique body discipline that includes energization exercises, yoga
and meditation with modern genomic science technologies. My purpose is to understand the hidden
physiological changes on the basis of personal experiences and testimonials. My commentary also
includes the most recent relevant scientific discoveries and prominent research publications of world
leaders in their chosen fields.
Before going into the details, we need to know who we are, our core identity, which is a
classical philosophical question. Biologists say that we are created from one single fertilized zygote
cell where half of the genetic material comes from each parent. Generally speaking our parents are
the creative forces behind the germinal cells. After the fusion of the genetic materials the zygote starts
dividing into two cells, 4 cells, 8 cells and so on. Four to five days into this process the cell mass is
extraordinarily plastic, meaning that we can grow these cells into whatever specific tissues we desire
by applying in vitro methods using specific growth factors and media. These cells are potential
embryonic stem cells that can be used to treat various diseases, including cancer, (always assuming
the approval of an ethics board). After 5 days, these cells lose their plasticity and become more
polarized into different organ forming layers.
Esoteric philosophy says that the “male and female” (meaning two opposite forces) together
form or create the life forms of the universe, which is a metaphoric way of saying that two forces
acting together are needed for creation. In modern scientific terms we say that each one of us has two
8
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
hidden forces, male and female, which are dormant or inactive until a person becomes mature around
12-14 years old. Then, due to hormonal changes the individual feels that he or she is incomplete and
needs a sexual partner in order to satisfy his or her needs and help in propagating the species to fulfill
one major purpose of life, namely, species survival.
Esoteric schools have documented that if people use this creative force with its genetic
materials within their own bodies, then they can regain their health and become free from any chronic
illnesses. Ancient saints used various aphrodisiac plants and other natural products to increase their
sexual energy and revitalize their worn out or diseased bodies. By redirecting their creative force they
lived longer. These techniques were customarily taught to young princes between the ages of 11 and
18 in order to produce healthy heirs for their kingdoms. The habitats of these saints were often
mountain caves, and even now one can see the carvings and paintings of sexually explicit figures that
they left behind. Interestingly, the mountain caves are rich in aluminum and iron ore content, which
according to recent scientific findings can prevent the emission of unwanted electromagnetic waves
from the earth or other planets. As a result, the caves provided a very conducive environment for
performing the biological transformations through controlling the mind.
Although there was no scientific rationale for biological transformations until the last century,
today more convincing research results provide support for these ancient practices. Scientific
evidence on creative forces acquired through the sexual discharge of genetic materials from sperm
and ova have unraveled a mystery that holds the key to our better health in the future. This book
narrates how the biochemical secretions of males and females can be transformed into trans-
bioplasma through a novel transient biochemical process. In addition, it contains scientific evidence of
the physiological effects of these sexually activated creative forces.
Modern scientific research discloses that telomeres, the end parts of the chromosomes within
cells, get shorter in all cells during the aging process, except for the germ tissue cells such as sperm
and ova. This shortening of telomeres leads to many chronic diseases and promotes the aging
process. Scientists are working on developing drugs to extend the telomeres by activating an enzyme
called telomerase. In cancer, a different type of telomerase is responsible for the immortalized cells
that are even resistant to chemotherapies and radiotherapies.
However, the germinal cells, that is, sperm and ova, have different types of telomerase enzyme
activators, and they keep the chromosome lengths constant from the beginning of the cell division at
the time of zygote formation until the end of life. Hence, it is scientifically possible to provide an
explanation for the ancient practice of returning natural sexual germinal and reproductive cellular
material to one’s own body without discharging it outside of the body to fertilize the other counterpart
germinal cell. Mahatma Gandhi in his autobiography commented on the quality of a true ‘sathyagrahi’
individual who can control their sexual secretions by keeping them inside their bodies and allowing
them to disperse throughout the body in order to enhance vitality. Gandhi’s practice provides further
support for the traditional oriental knowledge of self sustainability for a healthy life style even while
enduring the rigors of a freedom struggle and of prison.
According to esoteric school reports found in ancient manuscripts and personal experiences of
both western and eastern practitioners of this reversal of sexual secretions within their own bodies, the
process produces considerable heat due to the formation of ‘trans-bioplasma,’ another state of
biological cellular materials. The travel path of this ‘trans-bioplasma’ inside the body has been
eloquently demonstrated by the author of this book in his detailed relations of his own experiences. I
have also experienced the same phenomenon of heat-producing trans-bioplasma. The stages of the
changes in bodily functions due to trans-bioplasma have been carefully recorded in this book.
The cure of chronic disease after the creation of trans-bioplasma provides further support for
the ancient school of practice of transmuting sexual energy. To achieve this biological transformation,
the author has practiced certain body exercises, followed a specific diet, and maintained meditative
thoughts while hearing a specific note of music. The physical exercises are related to the yoga
practiced in esoteric schools. Certain types of muscular relaxations of the legs can help prevent the
seminal evacuation process by regulating the nerves inside the seminal vesicles that control voluntary
muscle contraction.
9
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Mind control is also very important for regulating the seminal vesicles muscles. It can be
achieved by practicing certain breathing techniques. These exercises also promote the formation of
trans-bioplasma. The breathing exercises play the same role as the ‘pranayama’ of the esoteric
school. They help a person to regulate the voluntary muscle contractions near the seminal vesicle and
thus initiate the upward journey of the ‘trans-bioplasma’ from the bottom of the spinal cord to the top of
the brain. Once in the brain the ‘trans-bioplasma’ creates a specific neurotransmitter and other
biochemical agents such as endorphins. This phenomenon of traveling trans-bioplasma provides
support for the ancient theory that contentment, bliss, and joy are due to the secretion of endorphins
during meditation. The secretion of endorphins also reduces chronic pain and even cures many
mental illnesses.
At the same time, this experience helps us understand ourselves and answer the question of
who we are. It makes it clear that we are not only a bundle of bones, muscles, nerves and blood, but
also an ever experiencing, eternally joyful or blissful, ever happy individual through conscious being
beyond the restrictions of the bodily cage.
More and more people have experienced this biological transformation, as will be shown by the
testimonials in volume 2. But to make the world take due note of this phenomenon we need additional
scientific proofs presented in peer reviewed scientific publications. These will be published in our next
volume. As an example of such articles, the prestigious scientific journal Nature recently published an
article entitled ‘Androgenetic haploid embryonic stem cells produced live transgenic mice’ (Oct. 18,
2012). This report presents evidence that sperm cells, which normally have only one set of
chromosomes (haploid), produce “double haploids” when the sperm accumulates sufficiently.
Moreover, when one places these double haploids into eunucleated oocytes, the oocytes
mistaken them for zygote chromosomes and start acting to make them divide and produce more cells.
It is the first scientific evidence that male reproductive cells alone can repair other cells in an animal
model. But the idea is not new. For thousands of years the ancient esoteric schools have believed that
one can lead a healthy lifestyle without contracting major chronic diseases by transmuting the sexual
secretions into trans-bioplasma through transient biochemical changes within the hidden human
physiology. Further scientific research is needed to support the same kind of biological
transformations in females.
After biological transformation, the brain’s neuron cells are transmuted in such a way that one
cannot go back and perform activities as they were done before the transformation. One’s behavior
has changed and there is no inclination to perform the old wrong patterns of living. Even when one is
tempted to return to the old patterns, the newly transformed mind will not allow the person to yield to
those temptations.
Before closing let me mention pharmacogenomics. This new field seeks to develop rational
means to optimize drug therapy with respect to the patients' genotype. Such optimization ensures
maximum efficacy, thereby reducing both the amount of drugs needed and their negative side-effects.
It also provides evidence that people can use their own genetic materials to replenish their bodies and
end their chronic diseases.
This novel personal gene therapy approach needs much more rigorous scientific research.
Hence, volume two is needed to prove this phenomenon of ‘biological transformations controlled by
the mind’.
I invite and encourage all the readers to enjoy reading Volume I. Happy Reading!
Sincerely,
Siva Somasundaram PhD.
Editor.
1.2 ABSTRACT
This book refers to a personal experience of biological transformation/transmutation processes.
It describes different types of cytotransformations, which occurred in various emotional and psychic
states. They resulted in deep biological recovery from long chronic diseases which increased the
quality of life by using consciously biological resources. The terminology, a basic mathematical model,
10
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
the biochemical and the transient biochemical mechanisms of biological transformations are
described.
The book also presents the main dangers of a possible consciously or unconsciously wrong
approach to such phenomena. It describes five practical attitudes for achieving a higher biological
transformation efficiency. It presents some hypotheses on the amplification of transphysiological
energy by using cytotransformations with similar releases of energy in the body. Some health
advantages are mentioned.
Biological transmutation, photosynthesis, acquiring the energy necessary for supporting vital
processes by metabolising nutrients are far from being new topics for a specialist in biology or
physiology. However, these processes still hide many mysteries. According to conventional science,
we can separate carbon from CO2 only at very high temperatures. Several animal species have long
periods of hibernation, without losing vitality in the absence of food and water. A human being can live
without food and water only for a short time. These are only a couple of enigmas.
This book aims to establish a closer relationship between medical science and the “enigmatic”
biochemical and biophysical aspects of the human being. Until now, such topics have been
approached by mystics, sometimes almost obsessively, from a unilateral mystic-religious perspective
that leaves many gaps. The book presents scientific studies, as well as details of the author’s
experiences, results of clinical analyses performed in the laboratory, professional comments, and
excerpts from the author’s diary, including notes during the events.
The information presented in the following chapters represents the result of a personal
experience correlated with some scientific research. It cannot be considered as advice or as a method
by which anyone can get the same results. The author (practitioner) is convinced that everyone can
find the necessary means and tools for personal development. The present book centers almost
exclusively upon the so-called male cytotransformation, due to the author’s gender. It is presumed that
similar phenomena occur in women, but these should be explained by a female subject that has
experienced them firsthand.
The present work aims to demonstrate that the mind has an essential role to play in the
biological transformations inside the body (in a beneficial or destructive way). It also aims to show that
human cytotransformation is a natural biological and physiological process, potentially present in
every human being. Chapter 4 describes women’s transient biochemistry but only theoretically
because the author does not have any tools for studying it directly.
11
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
b) The female transient biochemistry which includes the cytotransformation of the secondary
ovocyte – polar globule pairs and the complete absence or reduction of the menstrual fluids (the
endometrium remains functional at all times).
• Trans-sublimation means a new sublimation of matter. The process begins with the
suspension phase (solid matter in a liquid dispersion) and moves to an unknown phase, which has
been formally associated with “transbioplasma” (see below). The energy obtained from this special
transformation is of the same kind as (but with higher magnitude energy level than) the energy that the
body naturally obtains from the biochemical reactions of food and oxygen processing. This fact
ensures that the physiological processes are running. In other words, this new or enhanced energy is
derived from the products of transformation processes. Thus, trans-sublimation provides an important
transphysiological supplement that is added to the energy obtained from the known biochemical
reactions.
• The term “transbioplasma” refers to a novel, energized fluid formation at the level of the
seminal vescicles due to the accumulation of millions of reproductive sperm cells loaded with
enormous amounts of mitochondria. This is associated with the transient biochemical process. It is
placed between inverted commas because one cannot say for sure if it is of the same nature as the
transbioplasma which some scientists refer to. It should be understood as a transphysiological cold
plasma energy. The “transbioplasma” stimulates the emergence of a transphysiological energy. When
“transbioplasma” is moving within the body it becomes transphysiological energy. If “transbioplasma”
is perceived as a fourth phase of matter, then it is potential when compared with the transphysiological
energy (which is kinetic) and is kinetic when compared to the semen fluid phase.
• The biological transmutation is a non-radioactive transmutation process of lightweight
elements (those high on the Periodic Table) inside living organisms (plants, animals, humans) through
bio-nuclear reactions. This class of reactions has great importance in deepening scientific knowledge
in key areas such as physics, geology, biology, medicine, pharmacy, nutrition and agriculture. The
biological transmutation mechanism is unknown, but several theories have been developed. But
however they may be explained, the fact that biological transmutations exist cannot be denied.
Moreover, they are indispensable to life.
• Cytotransformation is a specific set of processes through which the body is able to recover
significant amounts of energy by altering the gene expression within the cellular differentiation
process. This energy is required to maintain vital body functions. These processes use a specific
biological material which can transmute and trans-sublimate towards a transbioplasmatic phase.
These biological transformations occur both automatically and under the person’s voluntary control of
emotional and mental factors. The transformations are of two types:
a) The energy Ö matter: biological transformations may create unrecognized matter in the body.
b) The matter Ö energy: biological transformations optimize all the body's physiological processes.
• Transphysiological energy is a term which we will give to resources of the thermo-energetic
type. This novel bioelectricity produces a superspeed neuroconductance that has the potential of
creating a cytotransformation. This energy is obtained through the metabolism of food and through the
other methods that the body uses to support all physiological processes necessary for life. The term
indicates a yet unknown form of energy, likely to exist in a biological body throughout its entire life.
There are as yet no instruments for the investigation or characterization of this energy. It is unclear if it
can be qualified as “energy” because it does not show characteristics similar to the known types of
physical energy. Transphysiological energy is “transbioplasma-on-the-move” when it becomes kinetic.
Editor’s Note: Ancient esoteric schools teach that whatever is present in the macrocosm
(universe) is also present in the microcosm (living organisms, including humans). According to this
theory, and according to Hawking's hypothesis, the universe was born from a singularity. If that is true,
then human beings are living in a world of duality (pleasure and pain, birth and death, sorrow and
happy, failure and success) due to the exercise of the sensory mind in action. However, if a person
can reverse the sensory mind and go inward and exercise his will power, i.e, singularity in thought
(mind), he can then achieve the transformation of his body and thereby alleviate the physical and
mental problems of his world.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
13
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
male reproductive cells. Not having sufficient experimental data, he used the term “transbioplasma”
between quotation marks to indicate the association of this plasma with the bioplasma defined by
scientists.
The bioplasma highlighted by Russian specialists is spread unevenly in the tissues and
biological systems. Thus, the Grishcenko-Iniushin model explains the bioplasma as a result of
physico-chemical cell interactions, apparently exotic, but understandable in the context of accepted
scientific theories. However, the model is only suggestive and cannot be considered correct, because
it tends to split the whole into apparently independent parts. This mindset is extremely limited and
erroneous. Therefore the author has constructed a different theory of living systems.
According to his theory, living systems are composed of a physical structure (studied and
recognized by classical science - the body and physical energies) and a trans-physical structure (not
yet studied by science).
However, there is a report by Richard Gerber, M.D., documenting that electromagnetic energy
provides a template for the physical body (Vibrational Medicine, Rochester, Vermont: Bear and
company, 2001). Experiments carried out by Harold S. Burr, a neuroanatomist at Yale University
during the 1940’s, revealed that ’fields of life’ or L-fields surround living plants and animals. He found
that salamanders possessed an energy field roughly shaped like the adult animal. Burr further
discovered that this field contained an electrical axis which was aligned with the brain and spinal cord
and that the electrical axis originated in the unferilized eggs. In addition, he experimented with the
electrical fields around tiny seedlings. Here he found that the electrical field around a sprout was not
the shape of the original seed but instead resembled the adult plant.
Professor Burr published his research in a book entitled Blueprint for Immortality: The Electric
Patterns of Life (Essex, England:Saffron Walden, 1972). In this book he states, ”In the human body,
its molecules and cells are constantly being torn apart and rebuilt with fresh material from the food we
eat. But thanks to the controlling L-fields, the new molecules and cells are rebuilt as before and
arrange themselves in the same pattern as the old ones.” He also said, ”Modern scientific research
has documented the materials of our bodies and brains are renewed more often than was previously
realized.”
In the context of this book, the trans-bioplasma is mimicking the electrical field or L-fields
mentioned by Professor Burr. It is assumed that sperm cells also have an L-field. If these tiny cells
return to the seminal vesicles, they can stimulate a large electrical field capable of changing the brain
14
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
and other body tissues. Additional scientific experiments are needed to verify this scientific
phenomenon.
1. The trans-physical structure contains the trans-bioplasmatic system similar to the L-fields
mentioned earlier by Professor Burr (existing in plants and animals). Thus the trans-bioplasmatic
system and the bio-informational system exist together in human beings (see Fig. 1.1).
2. Within the bio-informational system (of the trans-physical structure) one can emphasize
elements such as the mind, ego awareness, the soul, and the higher self, whose distinctions aren’t
very clear. The so-called spirit or zero point energy (i.e. singularity) is not part of any structure or
system, nor is it an element because it is uncreated, timeless, and dimensionless. Nothing clear is
known about it, except that mystical theories assert its presence in all micro and macro structures, all
phenomena, beings and things, and it could be a unified field of consciousness. None of these
explanations is satisfactory.
3. Within the trans-bioplasmatic system (of the trans-physical structure) one can emphasize
trans-physical and transphysiological energies and transbioplasma.
4. Within the physical structure one can emphasize physical and biological energies, the body
and biotransformable resources and substances.
• The physical and biological energies contribute to maintaining a constant body temperature
(biochemical energies are converted into mechanical work to maintain body motility, etc.).
• The trans-physical and trans-biological energies contribute to maintaining intracellular activity,
cognitive functions and spiritual aspects of being that are less known or explored.
The complete epiphenomenon of reciprocal biological transformations can be described as:
Biotransformable Resources and Substances Ù Transbioplasma Ù Trans-physical Energies
5. The origins of the transbioplasmatic system are both physical and trans-physical. Some are
generated by the body’s biochemistry while others are generated by the body’s transient biochemistry
resulting from the less known interaction within the bio-informational system’s elements.
Note: One can observe that all elements, systems and structures are closely interwoven and
interact with each other. Ego awareness is often identified with the waves of the mind (an identification
which is made in response to the question “Who am I?”, which is that “I am the mind that is
reasoning”). If one’s mental fluctuations are reduced, then the boundaries of the mind tend to
decrease towards the outer limit of the ego (see the diagram Human Being – Holistic View). Its
“surface” is entirely “absorbed” and thus the ego awareness can “recognize” the higher self and can
reintegrate into it. Then automatically our awareness can identify the soul without any barrier. The only
barrier between the higher self element and ego awareness is the oscillating mind. Once its
oscillations decrease sufficiently one may achieve the perfect state of focus (which means zero
amplitude of the oscillations). But the mind still exists, and it will be much more powerful than ever
before.
• The trans-physiological energy represents a kind of hidden bio-energo-informational system,
which allegedly crosses the invisible paths called meridians (such as blood flowing through arteries
and veins), linking the physical structure and the transphysical one. Thus, the transphysiological
energy reconnects and reintegrates the elements in order to improve their operations and
functionality.
6. In the body element (representing the physical structure), information is normally acquired
through the known sensory organs. The acquisition of bio-information occurs through interactions
within the elements from the bio-informational system, and is based upon direct informational
mechanisms, transbioplasmatic mechanisms or mixed ones.
The following diagram schematically represents the interactions and connections among all
elements, systems and structures of the human being. The studies of bioplasma effects1 (on human,
animal or plant) conducted by the professor of chemistry Dr. Adrian Patrut, the President of the
Romanian Society of Parapsychology, refers specifically to those events that far exceed the
boundaries of normal manifestations. In most cases, individuals with special endowments cannot
control the paranormal manifestations that occur in the transbioplasmatic or bio-informational system
15
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
because they lack understanding of these systems. They are not interested in personal development
or spiritual and environmental phenomena.
Thus, we can highlight at least three classes of individuals:
(A) Those whose transbioplasmatic and/or bioinformational system is unusually active, but
rarely controllable, manifesting paranormal unconscious phenomena,
(B) Those whose transbioplasmatic and/or bioinformational system are weak and less
controllable (all ordinary relatively healthy people are included), and
(C) Those whose transbioplasmatic and/or bioinformational system is damaged and
uncontrollable (all sick people are included).
The present work aims to highlight a fourth category, by far the least studied, namely:
(D) Those whose transbioplasmatic and/or bioinformational system is active, but without clear
paranormal manifestations. However, the manifestation of transbioplasmatic and/or bioinformational
system can be controlled at will, through education and practice, and that clearly improves the lives of
those in this category (specifically, disciples of esoteric schools who get permanent results and the
natively gifted people, who are less aware of the activity of this exceptionally biological structures and
its effects).
The reason why this category has been ignored is that it has almost nothing sensational in it to
attract attention (due to few or no visible physical effects or a perceived lack of their importance), to
which is added the impossibility of investigating the formation and manifestation of the trans-physical
energies that animate all living things.
Those in category A are being studied by parapsychologists, those in category B, the majority of
people, who are likely to become sick in time, are being studied by sociologists, those in category C
(the sick people) are being studied by physicians, and those in category D are being completely
ignored.
Note: The next step would be to build or modify the equipment that would investigate the
cellular and intracellular levels using Raman spectra invivo. Physicists and software developers who
are experts in imaging techniques can adjust or modify the parameters of sensors (coils, lasers,
magnets, etc.) so that they can allow investigators to see many physico-chemical processes in the
body other than those for which they were originally designed. These parameters are set by the
software processing and the exploration speed, expressed in frames/second, and they depend on the
core-processors of the computers which are analyzing the data. A chemical isotopic contrast
substance highlights the exploration area, and the reception sensors of protons induce a micro-current
in coils.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
2. THEORETICAL CONSIDERATIONS
transformations or who have been prepared to experience them. These devices should be properly
tuned to visualise cellular processes in real time (currently unavailable). Another difficulty lies in the
fact that there are no subjects available, or at least they are not easily accessible for this type of
scientific research.
Food is metabolized in the presence of oxygen obtained by breathing air. The result of all the
reactions creates the necessary energy for maintaining the transphysiological energy and processes
in the body (constant temperature, motility, cognitive processes, etc.). It represents the difference
between the energy of discharged chemical bonds and that of the initiated ones (energy noted as
Efood, which is of food origin). In this process, simple by-products also occur, noted with Ssimple (some
of them are toxic and to a large extent are evacuated by the body). The entire process has an average
output that significantly decreases with the passage of time.
Note: During the growth of the body, food also provides supplementary cellular mass.
Case 2 - Complete Transient Biochemical Mechanism (in the presence of mind as catalyst):
Mi n d
Mn + Ms are the main compounds produced by the seminal glands. Mn is the amount of
nutrients for the sperm cells from the seminal mix and Ms is the amount of sperm cells from the
seminal mix. More details are presented in Fig. 2.1 page 19. Equation (2) suggests the complete
transformation of this mixture of substances (with physiological importance) into an energy noted with
Eb. Eb is the energy obtained from transient biochemistry and MAX means that we have full biological
transformation. But before its full biological transformation, the Mn + Ms mixture previously goes
through an intermediate and temporary state of excitation noted with Si. Si may represent the same
mixture but in a new physical state (between energy and matter). Because Si depends on the mind,
there are two possibilities:
• The transformation continues toward transphysiological energy EbMAX or
• Transformation is inhibited and Si returns to normal matter (Mn + Ms).
More explanations are presented on the entire book. This mechanism is catalysed by an
element from the bioinformational structure, presumably the mind (written above the horizontal arrow
sign). Both types of mechanisms can be found in the human body and both are manifested in all
human beings, with the difference being that in equation (2) with most people there are considerable
energy losses explained by equation (3). In this case the body supplements its transphysiological
energy using normal biochemical mechanisms by eating large amounts of food that are rich in
saturated fats and calories.
PARTIAL TRANSIENT BIOCHEMICAL MECHANISM: Mn + Ms Ö(↓Mnp% + ↓Msp%) + Ebmin – Edev (3)
In this case ↓Mnp%, ↓Msp% are the same components of the seminal mix where the downward
arrows signifies that certain amount (p% procentages) of each of them are lost outside the body. This
mechanism begins with the same combination of substances at input as we saw in equation (2). But in
this case it is not completely transformed into energy. Instead, a certain amount is lost (↓Mnp%, ↓Msp%)
outside the body and only a small part is transformed into energy (Ebmin is noted with the “plus” sign
18
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
because it accumulates in the body). It is to be noted that the intermediate state Si and also the mind
as a catalyzer are missing from this mechanism. This is only a symbolic equation of balances between
biotransformable substances in and out, and transphysiological energy gained and lost.
Each time the seminal liquid is lost, a certain loss of transphysiological energy is also
registered. This lost energy is represented by Edev, which is the equivalent of the seminal liquid mass
that could have been transformed (from the total mass produced Mn, Ms in a certain time). This loss
leads almost instantaneously to the sensation of somnolence, fatigue and lack of mental focus. We
can thus formulate the hypothesis that |Edev|, an absolute value, is by approximation equal to Eb,
except for a minority component, noted with Ebmin, that appears naturally, but in low amounts.
For this reason, the “minus” sign before Edev refers to something lost from the body. In other
words, the transient biochemical mechanism is present in all living systems, but in the case of most
human beings it works with a low efficiency and needs a supplementary phase of improvement. The
amounts (↓Mnp% + ↓Msp%) put into brackets are lost outside the body (Fig. 2.1).
Table 1 shows the percentage of the main compounds and their role in the body.2 Beyond any
doubt, we can say that semen mixture is the richest blend of vital substances produced by the body,
and in its composition
had been found the
largest amounts of
nutrients, vitamins and
essential substances
that the body use them
daily. Additionally had
been noted the Mn and
Ms .
While the male
body recovery costs are
directly proportional with
the amount of sperm
ejaculated, in the female
case, the vital resource
replacement costs are
mainly related to the
restore of the amount of
blood and the ovule that
are created and/or
released in the fertile
period, known as the
menstrual cycle. But the
women body also have
certain charateristics which make the phenomena to be slightly different from men.
Because of these biocomponents, cellular division occurs rapidly in order to create a new
physical structure of trillions of cells in only nine months. According to medical science, semen
requires the processing (inside reproductive glands) of significant quantities of stem cells, in order to
be transformed into sperm cells. Also other biocomponents are added for their maintenance and
growth. The human body needs a considerable effort to regularly restore 5 ml of seminal liquid.
2.2 CONCLUSIONS
• In situation described by equation (1) this inefficient way of obtaining energy has the
disadvantage that, with the passage of time, the organs and systems get worn out, prematurely aging,
and the capacity to process food decreases. Physiological needs intensify and the accumulation of
toxic by-products (those that the body can no longer eliminate) leads to the inevitable appearance of
diseases.
19
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
• The mechanism described by equation (2) has the role of supplementing the
transphysiological energy requirements of the body, thereby extending the functioning duration of
organ and biological systems and diminishing the accumulation of toxic by-products. But in this case,
Mn, Ms are components of a biological type produced by the seminal glands (as shown in Fig. 2.1
page 19).
Besides the scientifically acknowledged role of accomplishing the reproductive function and
expressing emotions of an erotic kind, these components offer an “alternative” source for obtaining
energy of the same type as that which ensures the maintenance of all physiological processes in the
body (as was noted with Eb). Depending on the total amount of energy generated by the two
processes (biochemical and transient biochemical) one can estimate the degree of transphysiological
energy of an individual. For reasons still unknown, several people present native aptitudes, more or
less conscious, of using transient biochemical mechanisms well. Their transphysiological energy may
be associated with a higher speed of processing information, general vision of phenomena and
events, very good social integration, and spontaneity and calm. Efood is the known physiological
energy obtained through food metabolism.
Thus, the total amount of accumulated energy would represent a sum between the specific
energies of the equations (1) and (2), as it follows:
case of humans (and also in some primates), spermatogenesis within the testis and seminal glands
exceeds the normal transphysiological requirements, and the unconscious process, which has been
manifested through many generations and eons, is one of evacuating the "over amount,” which
causes a particular irritation or psychological discomfort.
2.3 COMMENTS
With the development of science, this phenomenon was considered "natural" and all the
medical books assert that the state of "normality" is defined by the expression of identical behavior,
specifically to the majority of individuals within the human species. But there are exceptions. In this
context, the work of Professor Adrian Patrut entitled "From normal to paranormal" (Ed. Sincron 1992)1
presents several hypotheses:
The biosystemical modern theory, which expresses the official position of science, believes that
the fundamental properties of the living systems that define life, can be denominated in terms of
physics and chemistry. The living systems (if they are regarded separately) are chemical based
systems whose fundamental properties are either physical or chemical, but which literally combines in
organisms upon the known biological laws. Thus, the biosystemical theories asserts that none of the
properties of the living biological systems is not by itself pure biological and the theories reduce the
organisms to one specific component, structured and represented by the physical body only.
Against these theories, which can be exclusively considered being of molecular type and which
cannot satisfactorily explain some aspects of life, many voices were raised, even within the scientific
community. The biostructural theory of Eugene Macovschi, which supports the so-called biostructure
is part of the attempts to overcome the current models of biology. But his theory was disproved,
shortly after being formulated. The exotic theories (ancient or modern) says that life is based on a
principle or an immaterial characteristic element (called soul) respectively an energetic element type
(called qi, prana, Ka, etc..), which supports the physical body in connection with the soul. Thus, the
living organisms would have at least two elements: the physical body and the transbioplasmatic
system which is the animator and the modeler of this body.
However, the studies of such unusual phenomena as inedia, made in extremely rigorous
scientific conditions, force us to accept the next possible interconversion:
Substance Ö Transbioplasma Ö Substance (6)
This equation is intended to suggest that this phenomenon would be present, even if only at a
very low level, in every human being. But in the case of inedia, this hypothesis does not require
demonstration, because the subject consumes O2 and eliminates CO2, meaning a significant amount
of carbon, without losing body mass. In all other cases we have to accept the next possible
interconversion :
Transphysical / Transphysiological Energy ⇔ Physical / Biophysical Energy (7)
This conversion could be associated with spontaneous combustion and inedia because their
origins are not sufficiently known. In this case, it is reasonable to ask ourselves how the
transbioplasmatic system is generated and what are the laws upon which it works directly upon the
body. Several authors have presented different hypothetical mechanisms, but they are not yet
confirmed.
In essence, the so-called esoteric teachings and practices initially are aiming towards the idea
that human beings can consciously increase their transient biochemical mechanisms, which will later
result in enhancing and developing other skills that will prepare them for subsequent higher phases
(which are not covered in this book). There are also gifted individuals who have native transient
biochemical skills or whose skills develop spontaneously so that they have no need to practice them.9
The followers of some esoteric teachings believe that triggering these energies represents a
spiritual path of inner development. But in reality by increasing the transient biochemical mechanism
21
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
in relation with the known biochemical one, they are only experiencing an increase in
transphysiological energy, emotional non-attachment, and clarity of thought. In short, this mechanism
is only developing an enhanced physiological human being from a biological, mental and
psychological point of view.
Only after some time, following the activation of this process, the practitioner can literally focus
in on a path of personal development (i.e., Yoga, Zen, martial arts, prayer, Tai Chi, etc.), for which the
efficiency of the transient biochemical mechanism becomes a necessary condition.
One may ask what are the purpose and benefit of the transient biochemical mechanism? There
is no clear answer, but rather a number of reasons related to the premature degradation of the
physical body and mind. Not exercising the transient biochemical mechanism for a long time, or even
for an entire lifetime, causes, usually after 35-40 years-old, the emergence of diseases. They can
endanger heart functions, favor the premature degeneration of the vertebral discs, raise cholesterol
levels, and interfere with the proper functioning of the immune system, enhancing neurodegeneration
and many other related health problems.
Some of these ideas can also be found in Ed McCabe's conferences "Oxygen and Ozone
Therapies,” in which he mentions the decrease of T cells, the weakening the cells’ antioxidant shield
and more physiological problems, plus major psychological disturbances, pronounced emotional
deceptions, and a full list of other problems that can be recognized by studying the aggressive
behavior of individuals.
Even if it seems odd, the bi-lateral relationships brain ↔ emotions ↔ seminal glands (or
reproductive organs) are of the utmost importance in people's lives. Numerous problems, likely
somatic or psycho-emotional, which overwhelm modern society, have now reached critical levels.
Most of the traditional and scientific methods that combat stress are ineffective, and more
people are feeling unfulfilled. This incompleteness is pushing them excessively and almost exclusively
to achieve a comfortable living and afford some luxuries under the vain delusion that this is the only
way of self-realization in life. But most people barely enjoy a living at the limit of decency. The trauma
of unfulfillment is further accentuated by poverty and failures in professional and intimacy areas.
People continue to search for solutions and try many avenues, but the desired results are not
really emerging. The main target of man in modern society remains the same: emotional satisfaction
by means of success in obtaining a comfortable living. While this is an important goal, it is not equal to
"everything that is best.” Often, from this objective health is omitted. Currently, stress has become so
deeply rooted in most people that it has become a “natural” part of everyday life, meaning "diseases
are inevitable, stress is inevitable and bad habits are unavoidable." In short, suffering is inevitable. The
belief in this idea (which is only a belief !!) limits any inner development and blocks the means of
escaping from this deadlock.
The author does not claim to have discovered a fabulous and perfect method for everyone; on
the contrary, his method appears to be applicable only in special circumstances and is difficult to
achieve, though not impossible. Moreover, the procedure itself is not easily transferable or teachable.
It requires an individual effort of introspection to achieve self revelation and personal inner discovery.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Recent studies have revealed other features of the pineal gland, for example, that it has direct
access to the emotional centers of the brain and its functioning is influenced by emotions and sunlight.
Thus, constant darkness blocks reproductive function and shrinks the sexual organs, but stimulates
the growth and production of melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxy-tryptamine), a derivative of the amino
acid tryptophan.2
Thus, the mystery of the soul could not be elucidated,
but it had been later resumed by the professor Rick Strassman
and his colleagues in the Department of Medicine at the
University of New Mexico. In his opinion, the DMT molecule
would be at the interface between the biological body and the
spiritual essence, a kind of chemical translator between the
two aspects of being human. However, we do not know all the
functions of melatonin (Dimethyltryptamine or DMT is a
psychedelic drug that can induce out of body or near death
experiences, intense hallucinations and even apparent alien
abductions).3
Strassman has proven that while DMT and 5-methoxy-DMT are closely related, only DMT has
hallucinogenic effects, but those are produced in extremely rare cases related to physical
representations of immaterial processes. Later research confirmed that the pineal gland produces a
quantity of DMT in the body of a fetus shortly before birth and then at birth, after which it no longer
produces this molecule except at the moment of death and near death experiences, during deep
meditation or in pathological states like hallucinatory psychosis. To conclude, the pineal gland is at the
basis of many types of paranormal or hallucinatory experiences when it produces significant amounts
of DMT.2

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The unprecedented attraction to the sensational has encouraged many researchers, especially
drug users and developers, to try to stimulate the production of the DMT in the body by artificial
means. This has had irreversible consequences on the health of their subjects, including Terence
McKenna who was convinced that he "discovered" a new revolutionary theory of the so-called state of
cosmic plenitude, like the theory for everything, but he failed to prove it. In the last period of his life,
McKenna had many mystical hallucinatory experiences and then he became seriously ill and died of
cancer. The attraction to advanced extrasensory perception experiences has ancient origins. We do
not know where we came from or where are we going to, but something mysterious always draws us
towards the mystical. Unfortunately, not all means and ways are correct.
3.1.3 HYPOTHALAMUS
According to Medical Dictionary Online,1 the hypothalamus is the ventral part of the
diencephalon extending from the region of the optic chiasm to the caudal border of the mammillary
bodies and forming the inferior and lateral walls of the third ventricle. The hypothalamus is responsible
for certain metabolic processes and other activities of the autonomic nervous system. It synthesizes
and secretes certain neurohormones, often called hypothalamic-releasing hormones, and these in turn
stimulate or inhibit the secretion of pituitary hormones. The hypothalamus controls body temperature,
hunger, thirst fatigue, sleep, and circadian cycles. 2
The hypothalamus is a mini-factory where chemicals are assembled, corresponding to each and
every emotion that we experience. Peptide molecules (composed of amino acids) are assembled in
the hypothalamus in the form of neuro-peptides, or neuronal hormones, to create the appropriate
emotional status that we experience on a daily basis. So there are chemicals for anger, sadness, lust,
24
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
etc., and the moment we experience that emotional state, the hypothalamus will immediately
assemble a corresponding peptide and then release it through the pituitary into the bloodstream.
The moment the peptide makes it into the bloodstream, it finds its way to different tissues in
different parts of the body. One cell can have thousands of receptors. When a peptide docks on a cell
it can literally be like a key going into a lock, sitting on the receptor surface and attaching to it, as if it
would turn there. It's like a doorbell ringing and sending a signal into the cell. Outside the cell, there
are billions of receptor locations, whose roles are simply to receive useful information. A receiver
coupled to a peptide transforms the cell in many ways, triggering a series of biochemical signalling
cascade events, some of which may produce changes in the cell nucleus. Certainly, each cell has a
"consciousness" of its own, especially if we define consciousness as the point of view of an observer.
In fact, the cell is the smallest unit of consciousness in the body. 3
We are the emotions and the emotions are us. We cannot separate the emotion. When we
consider that every aspect of our digestion, every group of cells that come in for nourishment and then
move out to heal or repair something, it's this total buzz. Emotions are not bad. They're life as it is.
They color the richness of our experience. It's our addiction to them that's the problem. Most people
don’t realize that they are addicted to emotions and that this addiction is a biochemical issue not only
a psychological one. 3
Heroin uses the same receptor mechanisms in the cells that our emotional chemicals use. It's
easy to see then that, if we can be addicted to heroin, we can be addicted to any neural peptide, any
emotion. The relevant search command that's going on is related to finding a certain emotional state.
We cannot even direct our eyes without the action’s having an emotional aspect to it. Our mind
creates and shapes our body. Everything is happening on the cellular level. The cell is a machine
which creates proteins.
The body receives the signals from the brain. One of the things about receptors is that they
change in their sensitivity. If a given receptor for a given drug, or internal fluid, is constantly being
bombarded for a long time at a high intensity, it will literally shrink up. There will be fewer of them, or
they will be hooked up in such a way that makes them desensitized to those stimuli for which they had
been designed to offer a response.
So the same amount of drug or internal fluid will elicit a much smaller response and it will not be
sufficient for the mind and body. Here is where the addiction is coming from! If we bombard the cell
with the same attitude and the same chemistry over and over again on a daily basis, when that cell
finally decides to divide and when it produces a “sister” cell, that next cell will have more receptor sites
for those particular emotional neuropeptides. 3

development and in adult life as a result of the interaction between the body and the environment. Its
aim is to optimize the functioning of the nervous system.*
Man faces various problems that require programs for the structural adjustment of the brain. In
a non-stationary environment, it requires representational flexibility supported by neuroplasticity. The
change of behavior by learning correlates with a variety of molecular and cellular events.
Unfortunately, many functionalities of the brain are so automatic that neuroscience has insisted
for years in identifying “me” with “the brain.” Each instinctive behavior is automatic and includes an
element of appetite or aversion or both. The appetite is a state of agitation, which continues so long as
there is a stimulus, which could be called apetitogenic. When the apetitogenic stimulus intervention
occurs, it activates a food consuming reaction that follows a relative state of rest. The aversive
element is a state of agitation which continues so long as a perturbing stimulus is present, but stops
when it is replaced by a state of rest, so the stimulus has ceased to act upon the senses.*
* Adrian Opre, „Psihologie Generală,” Universitatea „Babeş-Bolyai,” Cluj-Napoca, 2002
As time goes by, the body requires more energy necessary for life support processes to
compensate for the effects of inherent cellular deterioration and aging. For example, some people
become overweight because the lack of energy (in conjunction with stress) forces the hypothalamus to
regulate their food intake. As Adrian Opre notes in his book on brain automatisms, the individual will
automatically eat uncontrolled amounts of food (exclusively determined by the appetite stimulus) but
the biochemical reactions resulting from food processing are increasingly ineffective.
The theory of latent potential biological transformation in transphysiological energy also results
in a transformation of many brain's automatisms into controlled volatile acts, such as feeling hungry,
sexual physiological necessity, and many others. The almost complete lack of a conscious control
over the brain’s automatisms are at the base of the problems related to obesity, psycho-emotional
disorders and many others (including all the combinations among them). This attitude is similar to that
of a driver who sits in the back seat of his car thinking that the car is driving itself automatically.
Another problem that involves the neurophysiology of the brain is sexuality. Neurophysiology
says that in humans sexual behavior is more complex because of the emotions and feelings that it
may be associated with. The symbolism of sexual behavior is related more to its hedonic component
and less to the reproductive component, the perpetuation of the species. It is primarily an emotional
behavior in which the appetite phase occurs before the acquiring phase. The appetite phase, which is
primarily psychological and emotion, persists in humans even if the reproductive capacity ceases to
operate, generating the highest and most powerful attachment in his life.
But we should not ignore the fact that many people are so deeply enslaved by the cerebro-
hormonal automatism that they are not able to express pure feelings and emotions. This enslavement
leads to numerous affective-emotional problems that characterize most of contemporary intimate
relationships. It is almost a worldwide scourge.
Many problems are labeled as purely psychological: people are making wrong choices and
should be taught to make other ones. But the real causes of these problems are totally different. They
are directly dependent on the relationship between the bioinformational and the transphysiological
systems (see pag 14). The mind cannot make “other” choices than those that the available
transphysiological energy within it favor to happen.
These are complex cognitive tasks, not “choices.” And they demand different levels of energy in
the brain and mind and awareness. “Bad choices” correspond with lower energies and awareness
while “good choices” correspond with higher energies and awareness. This is not an intellectual issue.
This is an energetic deterministic mechanism. So “bad choices” require less complex thought
processes and awareness (less mind so to speak), or in other words less energy. In contrast, “good
choices” require the will of thinking, reasoning and the real use of the mind; they require more
awareness, in other words more energy.
As ordinary people, we may consider life boring and uninspiring because we make no attempt
to obtain the knowledge and information that will really inspire us. Some of us are hypnotized by the
environment we live in, largely by means of the media and their portrayal of the lives of celebrities. We
strive to become like them. Yet, these ideal images of physical appearance and definitions of beauty
26
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
are all but unattainable. They are illusions to which many people abandon themselves and, as a
result, live their lives in mediocrity. 3,4
In contrast, someone that wants to expand his or her awareness may ask: "Is there anything
else?,” or "Why am I here?,” "What is the purpose of life?,” "Where am I going?,” "What happens after
death?.” When we start to ask these questions, our old concepts and the way we view life may begin
to collapse. At this point, we are in the phase in which we reconfigure and reconnect ourselves to a
new concept that transforms us from the inside out.
If we change the way we think, one would think that we would make different kinds of decisions.
And if we were to make different kinds of decisions, we would change our lives. But it doesn’t always
work out so easily. Often, we are unable to change ourselves, and that leads to the question of why.
What exactly are we dependent on? Is there simply a brain chemistry to which we are attached and,
therefore, are our emotions merely an automatic response to it? Or, is there more to it than that? 3,4
The brain performs millions of operations every second. We should realize how capable our
brains and minds really are. Through simply understanding this apparently incredible concept, our
lives can benefit greatly. It can help us learn, transform and/or adapt ourselves in order to become
better than we are, and can help us transcend our present condition. Perhaps there is a way to access
another level of our existence, a Reality of a Higher Order, whereby we may understand the world and
our relationships with the other things and people in a more profound way. 3,4
spermatogenesis can be influenced by breathing. We will come back to this issue in the following
paragraphs.
problems, a growing number of scientists are working to establish the connection through different
theoretical explanations. On the contrary, with respect to medical science, the number of subjects who
may show permanent transient biochemical skills is so low that they may be categorized as
"misunderstood exceptions,” “abnormal” or "paranormal.” Indeed, the mentality of seeing "natural"
behavior as being what majority considers to be "good " and pathological or abnormal behavior as
being what the minority considers good is a deeply rooted phenomenon in the medical sciences.
NOTE: At that time he first began to study these phenomena, the author tried to find medical
information about sperm cells. In The Atlas of Anatomy (VOX Publishing, 2008), page 135, paragraph
"sperm production" he found the following: production of sperm (10 to 30 billion per month) occurs in
the seminiferous tubules in the testicles. Newly formed sperm entering the epididymis, which is a
storage and development area of male reproductive cells, require between 60 and 72 hours to reach
full maturity. The epididymis may be emptied, sometimes 3-4 times per day, and to replenish them
requires about two days. These statements are generally accepted within all medical books.
The most important phrase concluding this passage is the following: If there is no ejaculation
the sperm are disintegrated and reabsorbed. Quite simply, we are not told how or by which
mechanism this disintegration occurs, just as we are not told where and how the sperm cells are
reabsorbed.
29
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
B. TRANS-SUBLIMATION PHASE
In this phase, either the Mn + Ms mix as a whole or the Ms component (sperm cells) from the mix
(once they have reached the temporary "excitement" Si phase) violently transsublimates into
"transbioplasma" and quickly leaves the seminal vesicle cavity or vas deferens. The author has not
had sufficient data or sensory perceptions to specify exactly whether the substances within the
seminal fluid, other than the sperm cells, experience at least partial trans-sublimation, or they are
entirely absorbed into the blood stream (as medical science has postulated), or perhaps unknown
physiology is taking place. It would be logical that these phenomena are associated in some way,
especially with the sperm cells that have reached maturity, namely, those stored within the epididymis.
Special Note: Clearly, the human body has limited resources available to be used for healing
and these are only triggered if damages are not too profound and when bad emotions are not
interfering with the healing process.
However, when an illness becomes chronic or lasts for a long time, it also becomes clear that
the healing resources of the human body can become depleted and no longer have the capacity to
heal. Fortunately, in these cases advances of medical science are helping to promote healing, within
limited parameters. Nevertheless, the depletion of resources during advanced illnesses suggests that
the human body needs supplemental resources, and it is logical to assume that these resources can
only be obtained if some type of transphysiology and transphysiological mechanisms are involved.
In order to reveal what these mechanisms are, the next logical step is for research to focus in
several directions:
A) One direction is to study the genome, to establish if and what kind of modifications might be
found in order to explain why this healing mechanism was triggered in the body of the author, while in
many other sick people’s bodies it is not.
B) Another direction of study is trying to visualize any volume or concentration modifications of
the semen fluid which might occur when the subject (the author) is trying to recreate the trans-
sublimation conditions of his past experiences using a contrast isotopic substance to emphasize the
area.
C) Other correlated experiments should be performed while recording live brain activity when
the subject (the author) is trying to recreate his mental attitudes, breathing, and excitement phase.
D) Also, if possible, a sperm count should be performed, in order to establish that during the
presented biological transformations the number of cells per volume and time unit are low, yet their
growth rate, production and viability or health are very high.
E) Telomere sequencing should be performed in order to establish the influence of biological
transformations controlled by the mind on telomerase activity.
The author also does not have sufficient data to know whether the biological transformation
occurs only in the vesicle or both the vesicle and the vas deferens, which carries sperm towards
vesicle. According to the description of the caloric and tactile sensations perceived during the violent
transformation towards the phase of "transbioplasma" (see paragraph 3.9.1), there is a certain
probability that both assumptions could reflect the truth. In this particular situation, still unrecognized
by medical science, the "transbioplasma" which emerges has great stability, being characterized by a
special property: it ascends toward the brain at a high speed along certain paths (which will be
explained throughout the book).
When this phenomenon occurs for the first time in life, between or beyond the ages of 25 - 30, it
may be triggered only at the so-called critical mass, when the spermatogenesis has been created and
has gained the maximum possible amount of mass that can occupy the volume of the seminal vesicle
and testicles. At critical mass, either uncontrollable seminal discharge occurs or a spontaneous
transient biochemical mechanism occurs (only once in a lifetime at this level of amplitude and power).
It cannot happen twice because the body has been significantly transformed from a physiological and
psychological point of view.
The critical mass concept, originally used in nuclear physics is now also used in psychology and
social group behavior (see: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/07/110725190044.htm). For
the first time we are introducing this critical mass concept in cellular biology.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
C. AUTHOR’S COMMENTS
Throughout the book, I often use the term "triggered" mechanism or "triggered" process instead
of "more efficient" because the event was quite sudden and violent in its earliest stages. The fact is
that the mechanism operates all the time for all people, but in a latent state, potentially rather than
kinetically. In other words, it works, but with very low efficiency.
The transient biochemical mechanism occurs only during a critical mass situation, and I
observed that, depending on physical and mental activities, at other times it is not inactive, but rather
less efficient. It seems that the efficiency decreases, beginning at childhood, as a growing number of
somatic and physical disturbance factors intervene in one’s life, increasingly slowing down the
mechanism. The resulting "transbioplasma" cannot "ascend" through the body as a result of being
"locked,” more or less, by these factors (i.e., stress, toxicity, etc.).
Thus, "unlocking" the path requires a very high initial energy, which can only be obtained from a
large cellular mass and can only be achieved through conscious effort and the utmost concentration
and attention, which must be continuously cultivated. In my case, it took 14 years for such efforts to
succeed. But this does not mean that everyone requires this length of time. I am absolutely convinced
that if the education of this phenomenon begins between 14 and 16 years old and continues up until
approximately the age of 20 to 25, within one to two years the physiology of an individual applying
these techniques can be greatly enhanced because the transphysiology and transphysiological
processes are already present and natural. The biggest problem for me was that I had to discover all
of these methodologies on my own because I had no good sources or books from which to learn
about them.
The "critical mass" is essential to trigger the transient biochemical process, so that it is self-
sustaining and becomes permanent. The process is much easier to be triggered/optimized in the case
of healthy young people aged between 15 to 25 years. Triggering the transient biochemistry with an
insufficient amount of cellular mass has a certain probability of being reversible and therefore will not
be self-sustainable the entire lifetime.
Note 1: This is not well understood even in the esoteric schools. These schools create powerful
dependencies among the participants by suggestions like the following: no achievement and no self
realization is possible without the guru, without presence in the group, without complex techniques
performed everyday for life, and without devoting your life to a guru. This is just like the Church's
claims that God can only be found inside the church and only by continuous repetition of the rituals,
chants, offerings, etc. These organizations place more importance on the group than on the individual.
They are not interested in solving the individual's problems.
Note 2: We should recall that there are individuals who, due to conscious or unconscious
development of certain skills in their youth, can easily access the transient biochemical mechanisms.
These mechanisms will be self-sustaining for their entire lifetime favoring them with many advantages
(such as excellent health, excellent psychic balance, above average intelligence, even genius, and
more). In this case, they will not feel the emergence of a transient biochemical event until after
advanced theoretical studies and personal observations made with great accuracy. However, it is
possible that at some point they may "forget" that they are in a "favored" position and so they may
commit major mistakes when they are overwhelmed by stress.
Sometimes such people seek to overcome everyday problems at work or at home using
exaggerated efforts. The energies released through the transient biochemical reactions are not
infinite, and therefore the body cannot be forced to “pay” excessively through extended efforts
because after a while these efforts might create irreversible health problems. We sometimes tend to
think that we can submit the body to stress factors and physical exertions endlessly, but in reality, as
time passes, the body and mind slow down and become more difficult to control. For example, the
extreme demands created by trying to obtain a higher salary or a high profile job require sacrifices that
may have irreversible negative effects on one's health.
Note 3: It should be noted that the high density of sperm in the semen creates psychological
discomfort and leads a man to use all means necessary to alleviate it. However, psychiatry and
psychology do not sufficiently recognize the link between the increased concentration of the
31

component of living cells within the seminal vesicle and the depression episodes of those men who
are unable to resolve the situation one way or another. One of the "solutions," which is not
recommended but which is unfortunately widely recognized and accepted, is to discharge the seminal
fluid during intimate relations.
Another alternative, which is also advised against, is the use of artificial means to stimulate or
auto-stimulate the ejaculation.
The impossibility or inability to utilize these methods makes possible the transient biochemistry.
This process cannot be generated except when ejaculation does not occur, always being dependent
upon various emotions and states at a certain time. Here one can define at least two possible
scenarios which will be presented as follows:
32
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
spermatogenesis while at the same time favoring the emergence of certain "signals" (gonadotropins)
at the hypothalamus level. Following these signals, the hypothalamus will cause an increase in
testosterone. Switching off testosterone secretion favors feminization processes. Therefore, the use of
destructive or blocking procedures towards a natural phenomenon, such as the evacuation of the
seminal fluid, can have severe health consequences.
The increase in inner pressure by mechanical or surgical means of blocking the vas deferens,
or other anatomical structures, favors microfissures. The seminal fluid penetrates the tissues and then
partially spreads within the body, generating an inflammatory autoimmune response. The body
identifies "a foreign particle,” and fights against it with antibodies. This undesirable process favors the
occurrence of granulomas and prostate cancer. Any tendency to modify spermatogenesis (other than
through educated biological transformations) will cause an increase in blood testosterone levels and
the risk of prostate cancer.
The biological organism is only restoring the balance between the increased testosterone levels
and low spermatogenesis. For this reason, we draw the readers' attention to the dangers that can
occur through the misunderstanding and erroneous application of the educated biological
transformations principles. The biological transformations occur at the level of reproductive cells and
consist of changing their phase aggregation up to the level of "transbioplasma.” All other situations are
pathological cases that require medical treatment.

couples' relationship stops or turns into a hardware-software type relationship. There are exceptions,
but very few. These are not the subject of this book. Apart from these two previously presented
situations, there may be any combination in between, which further complicates the problem.
The multitude of complex diseases is associated with the violent emotional oscillations that
characterize daily life in the large majority of individuals. It is not known precisely why and how we
arrived at this situation, but it is real and alarming. Some hypotheses assert that there is a so-called
departure of the human being from nature and the environment along with his isolation in an
increasingly artificial and urbanized habitat, but that could be wrong. We are not sure.
Most likely closer to the truth is that each individual creates his own path and living conditions,
certainly through interactions with others, but he is and remains the main person responsible for the
consequences of his actions and choices. Each and every person lives in a mind-shaped reality. Both
situations presented in paragraphs 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 may be related to each other, and also with others
not shown here. Random combinations favor such complex diseases that, most of the time, medical
science is unable to cope with these situations. Interested readers can consult the recommended

discomfort (though we do not clearly understand why this is happening). These emotions weaken or
even destroy most of the sperm cells. There is no advantage to having 200 million weakened and
sickened sperm cells over a few thousand in perfect condition and shape. The few thousand do the
same job, even better.
At the same time, however, there is an emotional flattening, which is rewarded by the
hippocampus (when the seminal ejaculation occurs) by releasing endorphins which transmit the
impression of feeling "good.”
It should be understood and acknowledged that the glands secrete substances almost
throughout the entire lifetime of an individual, so if the mechanisms are used correctly then his or her
life will be more pleasant, rarely disturbed by physical or mental suffering. Otherwise, what happens is
already known from the examples given by the media and specialized literature.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
• The second category is disappearing, because almost no one wants to continue the very
severe practice of full awakening of all latent potentials, including the use of the brain at maximum
efficiency. There are a few reports of their existence (some of which are mentioned in the following
paragraphs), but in the absence of adequate scientific evidence, the reports are insufficient to support
the hypothesis that human beings are able to sublimate their entire physical body to a state of pure
energy or pure consciousness. The esoteric literature reminds us of names such as Buddha, Jesus,
Milarepa, Marpa, Siddhars who are likely to have achieved this phenomenal sublimation of the atoms
of the entire physical body. Unfortunately we cannot scientifically verify these claims.

According to World Health Organization statistics, while 800 million people are malnourished,
over 1 billion are overweight, of which 300 million already have major health problems. In the U.S., 60
million people (30% of adults) already suffer from obesity, and the number of young people between 6
and 19 years-old (who have such problems) has increased three times between 1980-2002, according
to the specialists of the American Medical Association.
The World Cancer Research estimates that most of the deaths caused by cancer and obesity
are based on unhealthy diets.

3.6.6 CONCLUSIONS
Concerning the implementation of these five attitudes, it is clear that it is not about an absolute
achievement, but the intention well focused on the success of learning from mistakes. It is not about
the utopian case of one's not making mistakes anymore. Not repeatedly committing the same mistake
38
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
represents an earned point or a step forward and means that the teaching was properly assimilated in
regard to a particular bad situation.
One should not be considered a failure as long as different mistakes were not committed
intentionally. Nobody is perfect and perfection is not a goal. Failures must be treated with indulgence,
and the achievements seen with humbleness and ease.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
have shown that this type of exercise favors a decrease in rhythm and an increase in expansion and
blood oxygenation efficiency.
Once we control the rhythm of breathing and adopt the remaining four other attitudes that favor
the transient biochemistry, and once they are all integrated into our daily lives, then we get a greater
depth in our observations. The modification of rhythm is made through repetition until the
subconscious records and stores the new rhythm induced by psycho-physical techniques. There is no
other way to do it. But if we can do this, then this rule can be applied to all other biological rhythms
and habits that we want to modify.
Different objects and phenomena upon which the experimenter is making observations produce
different effects. Thus, the observation of certain phenomena with a certain depth of concentration (or
state of consciousness) can produce larger, faster and more quantifiable modifications in the world,
while observing other phenomena with the same depth of concentration (or consciousness) can
produce smaller, slower, and less quantifiable modifications. Ultimately, the degree of change cauded
by observation depends on the number of people from the entire planet that are more or less
interested in those things and routinely observe them with acute concentration.
Example: Immediately after the invention of the automobile, a great many people were having
car accidents because there was no one to teach them how to drive. But after a sufficient number of
people (who exceeded the “critical mass” of the morphogenetic transmission phenomena) could afford
to buy and drive cars, a much lower percentage of them were having accidents (even if the number of
accidents increased because of the increased number of vehicles).
This natural law acts according to a principle of “critical mass” (the percentage from the total
number of a group or population, no matter how great that number is).
If you go back to the experiment of observing the movement of seminal fluid, then it has only
two possible outcomes: movement toward the inside of the body (no matter what that process would
be called) or movement toward the outside the body (everybody knows what that process is called).
There is no third possibility. If we analyze the causes of the subconscious phenomena of losing the
seminal fluids outside the body then we can identify at least two of them:
1. Fluctuations of the mind.
2. The default setting of Nature, in order to ensure the perpetuation the species.
The first of them can be sufficiently minimized by applying the 5 attitudes described in chapter
3, but minimizing the second one requires great mental power to overcome an ancient barrier. This
power shall be gradually obtained by transforming the 5 attitudes in permanent habits. In conclusion,
we can say:
A. Rational understanding favors conscious observation.
B. Sharp and conscious observation favors changes.
C. The changes accumulate over time to eventually trigger a biological mechanism.
What does it mean to observe? Often, to observe may be associated with something like “to
look at that thing” without having a theory about the process. For example, we all know what a flying
butterfly looks like. We see its wings, its colours, its habits, so we know its behavior and anatomy. But
to observe a butterfly in flight is something entirely different. This action means to see as much as
possible of its position in the air and to watch the whole event of flying, for example, flying from a
flower until it lands somewhere else. This observation is in no way related to rational thinking. One
may observe in such a way only for the pleasure of it. It seems to be unusual because, after our
entrance into the educational system, things, beings, and phenomena are labelled, analyzed and
theorized, but hardly ever observed.
• Knowing a lot about the functioning of the human body is a fact requiring no other explanation.
We know the anatomy, the physiology, the cell biology, the pathology, etc.
• Observing a certain thing, process, or phenomenon within the biological body requires an
attitude similar to the one shown in the butterfly example.
41
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
In the case of biochemistry, careful observation means deeper and focused observation of the
semen flow, from the very first signs prior to the beginning of any tendency to manifest its movement
inside until the emergence of those signals announcing the approach of a critical phase. This requires
the observation of changes in the psycho-emotional states, the observation of details with as much
finesse and subtlety as the events themselves, from beginning to end of it without offering any
resistance, just as in the flying butterfly case, we did not pose resistence to its flight. In other words,
we are not attached to the object, but we observe it.
Clearly, although these principles are inspired by quantum physics, the subatomic world is very
different to the biological world in terms of space and time. Nevertheless, if one may observe that the
mind can consciously or unconsciously control the body, then the analogy with the philosophical
principle of quantum physics is not completely inadequate.
dead inner sound like cellophane wrapping tight in the fist) was felt for approx. 1.5 to 2 seconds in the
area between the right testicle and the right iliac crest of the hip bone. The tactile impression
(precursors to the event) occurred at first as a kind of a very weak perceptible signal, like tingling or
slight inner vibrations, signaling somehow the beginning of the biological transformation towards
"transbioplasma" (or whatever the novel energy process was to be). A scientific study should be
undertaken to find the true physiology.
In the next few minutes, about three or four severe tingling sensation were perceived directed
towards the heart at each breath (one tingling sensation at each sudden inhale). As the inhales were
increasingly sudden and the exhales were increasingly slower, it was observed that the tingling
sensation were increasingly severe. These sensations represent the primary signals of triggering the
transient biochemical transformation into "transbioplasma,” and after careful introspection, the author
understood that they were only signals and not symptoms of some disease. These sensations were
later accompanied by others like very hot needle burns, which would “pierce” the tissue area between
the right testicle and the right iliac crest of the hip bone. After thorough documentation, the author
understood that the hot path was parallel to the vas deferens ascending towards the iliac crest of the
hip bone (see Fig. 3.5).
This trans-physiological mechanism is self-supporting if one starts it in the "critical mass"
condition. So, the biological transformations that occur in the next days will have a gradually improving
efficiency, and for this reason the seminal vesicle will contain increasingly fewer cells (counts should
be done in vivo). Also, for the same reason, the phenomenon may continue "silently" without
producing somatic problems. Only the very first one is generally severe, and it occurs only once in a
lifetime (in the way that has been described). It involves outstanding mental concentration for those,
like the author undergoing the process at an older age (especially if they are experiencing health
problems). For younger and healthier subjects the entire process might be easier.
This mechanism can have moments of highly intense manifestations, but if the degree of
physical and mental disturbances and the emotional blockages are too high then the process either
ends or returns to an earlier phase, and this becomes a vicious circle from which one cannot escape.
Even though there are techniques which may determine temporary significant increases in its
intensity, so long as there is no self-supporting mechanism, then it cannot significantly improve the
entire body physiology and cannot optimize the cognitive and behavioral functions, and one cannot
achieve definitive healing of certain advanced chronic diseases.
Note: The aim of attitude 2 - Theoretical Training
The appearance of fear may have inhibitory effects. A slow breathing pace is recommended so
that these puncture sensations in the heart can manifest themselves with maximum intensity.
Otherwise, the mechanism will not be triggered with sufficient energy. Also, one can make a pressure-
puncture on that area (the right iliac crest of the hip bone) to increase the intensity of the “burning”
sensations instead of decreasing them. The “burnings” must be “adjusted” through breathing pace and
pressure-puncture in order to attain maximum levels. This should be done without fear. Overcoming
this phase shall be based on theoretical knowledge of the cultivation of limitless courage. For this
reason, theoretical training is highly important: watching movies about limitless courage, surviving in
outstanding conditions, healing diseases, listening to classical orchestral music, reading science
books and literature, etc.
Blocking the apparently dangerous manifestations in the heart area (due to fear) is an
unfortunate failure. But it is noteworthy that the transient biochemistry cannot be safely achieved if the
subject is suffering from cardiac diseases. We should reinforce the idea that one cannot trigger
(without danger) the transient biochemistry in a body with high levels of physical and mental
disturbances or in an advanced state of serious disease. First, the disease should be treated in order
to lower its influence. The author cannot be responsible for what unprepared readers might do.
Each person will have his or her unique experience of the process, so any additional
descriptions may be useless and even confusing, especially since the desire to "copy" is often greater
than the desire to discover.” Without this inner discovery, one cannot safely achieve anything. This is
why the author has decided not to publicly disclose full details. Those who will take enough time for
43
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
theoretical and practical study of this phenomenon will discover all the necessary elements. Success
is almost guaranteed.
44
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Note 3: This is also another essential issue to learn how to be a successful business man.
The “waves” started inside the center of the brain and spread out from there. (This assertion is
based on close observations of tactile sensations repeated hundreds of times). The waves spread
throughout the skull in a pattern of irregular curves that covered concentric surfaces and volumes, just
like something irradiating in all directions simultaneously through multiple enclosed irregular curves.
(This assertion is based upon the multiple tactile sensations which describe curves.) See Figure 3.7.
Every signal lasted 1 – 2 seconds and occurred at intervals of 40 seconds. They emerged for
the first time ever on the evening of June 15, 2006 (only 4 months and 2 weeks after the trigger of the
transient biochemical phenomenon on February 3, 2006).
The 1-2 seconds of the impulses present in the brain generated a short state of over-
awareness, which is a kind of “more” than normal waking state. The impulses increased of my level of
awareness until it reached a level of over-awareness. The author had represented 2 different
reference levels of over-awakening on the graph below. This awareness state is not unusual. One
may compare it with the level felt after drinking 10 strong coffee cups at once. But the difference is
46
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
that while the coffee creates levels of toxicity and the effect is only temporary, the triggering of the
transient biochemistry is a natural and perfect phenomenon without any negative side effects.
During the first 5 days of the emergence of these trains of impulses (as shown on Fig. 3.8) the
author had to rest and relax due to the strong effect and sensations felt in the brain. On Friday, June
23, 2006, the difference between the two levels of awareness (the permanence of the normal
awareness level and the very short 1-2 seconds of the over-awakening level) began to equalize
(represented as the pink curve’s approaching the red curve). While the instantaneous energy level of
the impulses had remained approximately the same, the level of awareness had risen from the 1st
reference level to the 2nd reference level. With the passage of time, the impulses lowered their
frequency of emergence while the energy rose due to the transient biochemistry reactions. On
October 1, 2006, the same phenomenon began to re-emerge, and it drew the previous over-
awareness level toward a even higher one. Each impulse emerged only after the accumulation of a
minimum number of sperm cells within the vesicle. Within the time frame of each two impulses one
had the free will to procreate or to let the automatic phenomenon of the transient biochemistry
continue by itself. This assertion is based only on logic and hypotheses in order to explain the cause
of the impulses. Where are they coming from and how are they generated? If this assertion is denied,
then no other explanation is possible.
However, the assertion is based upon hundreds of personal observations of these very weird
energetic phenomena of vibrations and impulses with the biological transformations. More than that,
the author had the chance to meet another person who was influenced by his live presentation of the
theory (before the printing of any book), and this second person too began to experience the impulses
on the day after the meeting. But this is still not scientific proof, and only on rare occasions may one
have this type of experience. Vibrations and the other phenomena described above may not always
be felt when someone is performing the transient biochemistry within his or her body.
Each impulse, in fact, is the result of one transient biochemical microreaction within the seminal
vesicle. At the optimum, the newly formed “transbioplasma” ascends towards the center of the brain
with a speed of about 1m/s because during this phase all inner paths have been “cleaned,” and the
old residual energies have been neutralized. If the level of the toxicity within the body is not very high,
then most of the described sensations may not be felt at all; however, other more subtle nonphysical
47
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
sensations might occur. But, if we take into account that a majority of the adult population (aged
between 25 to 35 years-old or more) in the US and Europe do have high levels of disturbances in their
bodies, then these phenomena might be useful in creating a reference point for comparing
experiences.
In the author’s case, the process lasted almost 5 months and was so slow because of his
lifestyle prior to this experience (eating unhealthy food, having negative thoughts and emotions, losing
semen while intimate, breathing incorrectly, and so on). This last phase in the energy ascendance has
different durations from one individual to another, and after that the impulses are no longer felt. These
impulses should be better understood as signals of the last phase of occurrence of the continuous and
uninterrupted transient biochemical microreactions.
In the author’s case, they lasted approximately 2 years. It is possible that one may not maintain
a perfect emotional and physical equilibrium. In this case the impulses suddenly cease. Their stopping
should be interpreted as the “traffic lights” going to “red” and the practitioner should take action in
order to restore his or her balance. If the perturbing factor is not long lasting, then the impulses quickly
return and the microreactions continue. The author can confirm this through his experience. However,
after 2 years, and probably even earlier, the level of awareness definitively and irreversibly stabilizes
at the level of the last impulse and then these are no longer felt anymore, or only rarely.
care must be taken for at least 6 more years in order to maintain a complete stability.( It is also called
an androgynous characteristic.
5. The erotic feelings also have an essential quality that often escapes one's attention. The very
first meeting in each new relationship always has the potential to trigger the transient biochemical
reaction. But the reaction does not continue automatically because it does not produce enough
"transbioplasma" energy for maintaining the mechanism, and most lovers prefer to fall prey to the
emotions created by the brain chemistry induced by the effect of endorphins (neuropeptides) from the
seminal loss during intimacy.
Once the chance at experiencing the transient biochemical reaction is lost, the following
intimate events become habits, and the habits turn into an automatic life routine with minimal
emotional involvement. However, this change does not happen in a few days. The routinization of
intimacy can take up to 20 or 30 years of marriage or a relationship to appear. But there are
exceptions that we will not comment on.
AUTHOR’S OPINIONS:
Most people are not capable of expressing unconditional love. The lucky ones respond with
happiness to the perceivable physical presence of love (in its erotic forms). The unlucky ones, those
trapped by the routinization of intimacy have little love to share, even in erotic situations.
Recent scientific studies suggest that there is a growing trend to create a rupture or a gap
between the sexes, which would accelerate the failure of the human species. Males might even
eventually lose the ability to reproduce, and, if they do, women will live in an illusory search for "the
perfect male.” But it is not too late to prevent that. We still have great potentials to awaken.
We cling, sometimes with a desperation worthy of a better cause, to any relationship, any idea,
anything that can fill the huge emptiness in our souls without suspecting that, in fact, we are closing
ourselves down. Most people have given up any effort at self-improvement and have returned to the
everyday “World of the Loss of Time,” of useless discussions, of nonsense walking on the streets, of
copious expensive dining because they think before "was better.” But that is a hidden world of
suffering, which eventually will be dominated by terrible diseases. Perhaps there exists the vain hope
that the ideal life will be at an age when one may feel old, tired, and bored while waiting the inevitable.
We believe that if we give up honesty, then others will appreciate us because we know that they
do the same. We believe that if we will be appreciated by others, then we will be satisfied, happy, and
fulfilled, but in the end this is also an illusion. There is no need for more on this issue. Many films and
literary works present the situation in detail.
49
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
quantum physics. Of course, the return from full quietness to the chaos of thoughts is due to the social
conditions to which we are subjected and to the biological issues which bind human beings.
SPECIAL NOTES:
I experienced a deeper state of inner peace on April 13, 2007, which I recorded as follows. The
word of Sanskrit origin "samadhi" defines a state of consciousness which exceeds the mind’s
boundaries. Depending on its duration, the changes that occur over the entire bio-informational
structure may be reversible or irreversible and may be accompanied by some degree of supramental
knowledge which highlights certain aspects of the human being. These changes quickly become
rooted in a new pattern of thought, and one’s thinking becomes more profound and comprehensive.
Although this state of consciousness lasted only about 15-20 minutes, this time period is very
long for a beginner. The physical body "perceives" waves of ecstasy, while the mind "suffers" a rewrite
of a set of "instructions" that determines the newly specific pattern of thinking. We "write" our mental
instructions by the processes of learning and identifying from childhood on, and these instructions
"solidify" in the operational structures of the brain and subconscious in the shape of habits.
These "programs" automatically set-up when we learn our first words and when we learn our
own name and react when we hear it. So here is the order of understandings: at first one identifies the
mind with its “objects of perception,” then they became a “content,” and finally the EGO "thinks" it is
the mind ... this mind ... that thinks.
Around 11:30, I watched an episode from the series entitled "The Power of Now" by Eckhart
Tolle. Tolle's videotape was accompanied by living gestures suggesting vibrance and
comprehensiveness, a successful symbiosis of special information. This information had an
unexpected effect: it "deleted" a part of "the instructions" that determine the permanently (or
apparently permanent) pattern of thinking. (The words cannot correctly express what is deeper, so I
use quotation marks to suggest a metaphoric meaning.)
The “erasure of these instructions" automatically caused "an expansion" of the area of the
understanding. My level of awareness entered into the higher realm of understanding called the
supramental field, although the term is inadequate. (One might rather say nonmental in the sense of
something that cannot be known within the normal state of mind, cannot be transferred to other minds,
and cannot be explained by verbalization.. Suddenly I could (and still can) understand the difference
between "the objects and the content of mind,” "the mind," and "the one who thinks.”
An ecstatic state was triggered by the understanding of the truth-beyond-the-words, the
acceptance, and the observation of the endless mindstream of thinking processes. I understood that
the reason why we do not see beyond the words and thoughts are our own identifications with the
phenomena and the objects defined by them.
The ecstatic state, triggered by the Tolle's words relating to the understanding of the
observation and acceptance of the mind stream, led to some variations in the intensity of perception.
The intensity reached maximum levels when Tolle's phrases pointed out the meaning of the
understanding of the truth beyond the mind limitations. It all lasted less than 20 minutes. Tolle's
presentation has been "deconstructive,” from the complex to the simple and simultaneously from the
simple to the complex. It did not have a beginning, a development and a "conclusion,” but was always
alive and comprehensive.
Tolle has made a presentation that helped me understand this truth through the special breaks
between the words. He also said that "If you can describe it, then it is not the one that you describe,"
or "if anyone can talk about Dao, then one who speaks about is not Dao.”
Why this event was not possible before performing the transient biochemistry? The only
plausible explanation is that the mind had been oscillating so much that no teaching could be
achieved that any learning could have any practical effect. Only the transient biochemistry reduced the
mind oscillations (but not completely) to a degree where the teachings had been allowed in the
consciousness. An agitated mind cannot be alert to profound and deeper information, since it cannot
focus enough. This is why one may feel easy when reading a police novel but get troubled when
reading scientific philosophy. Therefore, the aim is not canceling the mind streams, but first achieving
the detached acceptance and observation of these streams.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
DIARY NOTES
Quotations have been used to comment on some issues related to reduced diet periods which
occurred from July 3 to 13, 2006, and from January 19 to 22, 2008. Between July 3 and 13, 2006, the
food needs were reduced to approximately 150 grams/day of natural foods, plus 1-2 glasses of water.
It is important to emphasize that in these periods of reduced diet, no hunger or thirst was perceived. I
felt that I was full after approx. 100-150 g/day of consumed food, and this did not create any acidity in
my stomach, general weakness or somnolence.
Between July 13, 2006, and January 18, 2008, the food consumption increased to a daily
weight of approx. 400-600 grams of solid natural food plus water and/or low-fat yogurt of approx. 200-
300 mL. From January 23 to April 1, 2008, the daily food consumption was "stabilized" at 200-450
grams of solid food plus water and approx. 200-300 mL of natural/or low-fat yogurt or concentrated
soya milk (ca. 95% water). These quantities, containing low-saturated fats and calories, may now be
compared with those consumed in the period prior to the transient biochemistry reactions when the
51

food quantities were approx. 2-3 kg per day of both cooked and solid food as well as water plus
natural and/or fat yogurt of approx. 400-600 mL.
The absence of the hunger sensation has been associated with an unusual state of strength
and mental clarity, lightness of body, fullness, the ability to perform complex intellectual activity, hours
of walking, and doing everything in one's daily life without fatigue. Between July 13, 2006, and
January 18, 2008, I consumed soy products, slightly canned or processed, and then in the period after
January 22, I consumed a low fat diet of entirely natural and unprocessed food, except for brown rice
and potatoes, the only food eaten after boiling in water.
Sometimes, due to repeated events of hypertransient biochemistry, I noticed that I ate only fruit
and vegetables, one or two juicy fruits a day and a cup of tea with a teaspoon of honey. This new diet
included tofu cheese made from either organic or regular soybeans, as well as sprouted seeds, green
algae, and brown rice, all in small quantities. Occasionally, I do not need food and water for over 20
hours ... the phenomenon is currently in progress. It is not a goal in itself. Sometimes I eat more,
sometimes less.
transphysiological energy in the body. Currently, experiences of the type provided by Hemi-Sync allow
me new conscious explorations within, such as the ultrafast sleep.
SEMI-CONSCIOUS SLEEP
Semi-conscious sleep is a special state of consciousness in which at least the hearing sense
remains awake, and the physical body reaches a very deep state of relaxation. One can hear his or
her own nasal breathing (snoring).
At first, this odd awareness may end sleep and the subject may return to wakefulness. But after
a few tens or hundreds of such experiences, the habit of semi-conscious sleep appears (fueled by
subconscious automatic mechanisms), and hearing one’s own breathing begins to be more and more
tolerated by the awake "section" the conscious, while another "section" is in a neutral state probably
associated with sleep itself.
DIARY NOTES:
I became aware of the existence of semi-conscious sleep (no longer perturbed by wheezing
breath) on Friday, July 9, 2010, after performing a certain activity that I will not describe here. I was
able, without any preparation or training, to sleep for about 20 minutes while hearing with perfect
clarity both the ambiental relaxing music (to which I am almost inseparable), and my own snoring.
After 20 minutes, I came back to wakefulness because of very noisy breathing through my nose,
which brought me into the common waking state without any suddenness.
Since then, I have repeated the process hundred of times, and I have become very accustomed
to this phenomenon, so much so that my sleep is no longer disturbed by my own snoring. The semi-
consciouss sleep have become a habit, and my body and consciousness have adapted easily. I enjoy
this state very much.

are confined in space and time, and have unusual properties and unknown mechanisms. Many
different kinds of phenomena may operate according to this set of special laws, from the so-called 3rd
degree close encounters and alien abductions to apparitions of the Virgin Mary. The question is
whether these phenomena are in part caused by the mind or consciousness of the witness.
The history and evolution of the Universe, the Earth, life, and humans is the exclusive outcome
of the set of general laws which acts randomly (not preferentially) on an individual scale and
statistically on a large scale.
Attempts to formulate general theories of phenomena considered paranormal, anomalous, or
unusual are doomed to failure. Nevertheless, special laws and events that obey them are real. But
scuh events do not occur under ordinary circumstances. The fact that a broken glass cannot be
recomposed from its pieces or that we cannot rejuvenate at will shows that the set of special laws is
strictly limited to local action. We live in a world dominated almost exclusively by ordinary laws, and
the unusual phenomena and special laws are the exception, not the rule in our lives.1

• On the influence of the ovaries on the uterus we can also mention Carmichael and F. H. A.
Marshall, in their book “Correlation of the Ovarian and Uterine Functions,” Proceedings Royal Society,
vol. 79, Series B, 1907. At the same time, a woman in good health, having normally developed genital
organs and normal ovulation, may report a complete absence of menstruation.
• The German author Beuttner reported in the journal “Centralblatt für Gynäkologie”, No. 49,
1893; (with its abstract also published in British Medical Journal, December, 1893) that several case
studies have indicated that the state of pregnancy can occur even without menstruation. Similar
information can be found in the journal “Nouvelles Archives d'Obstétrique et de Gynécologie”, 25
Janvier, 1894, supplement, p. 9. According to these studies we need to look at the uterus as a
relatively independent organ and menstruation as a process that arises, no doubt, in the presence of
ovulation but which has become very independent, so it may or may not be present in certain
conditions.
• In some cases, menstruation may be entirely absent in perfectly health women subjects. One
such case was investigated by Dr. H. W. Mitchell, and described in a paper read to the New York
County Medical Society, February 22, 1892 (to be found in Medical Reprints, June, 1892). The
following is a summary and is excerpted from the book “Studies in the Psychology of Sex” by
Havelock Ellis, 1927 (on-line edition http://www.psyplexus.com/ellis/5c.htm):
Quote Nr. 1: “The subject was a young, unmarried woman, 24 years of age. She was born in Ireland, and,
until her emigration, lived quietly at home with her parents. Being then twenty years of age, she left home and
came to New York. Up to that time no signs of menstruation had appeared, and she had never heard that such a
function existed. Soon after her arrival in New York, she obtained a situation as a waiting-maid, and it was
noticed, after a time, that she was not unwell at each month. Friends filled her ears with wild stories about the
dreadful effects likely to follow the absence of menstruation. This worried her greatly, and as a consequence she
became pale and anemic, with loss of flesh, appetite, and sleep, and a long train of imaginary nervous symptoms.
She presented herself for treatment, and insisted upon a uterine examination. This revealed no pathological
condition of her uterus. She was assured that she would not die, or become insane, nor a chronic invalid. In
consequence she soon forgot that she differed in any way from other girls. A course of chalybeate tonics,
generous diet, and proper care of her general health, soon restored her to her normal condition.
Experts have suggested that she had a certain underdevelopment of the sexual character,
because medical science does not believe that someone can escape all erotic chains but also be able
to manifest them freely at will.
Quote Nr. 2: “After close observation for several years, she submitted to a thorough examination, although
entirely free from any abnormal symptoms. The examination revealed … she is a well-developed, healthy young
woman, performing all her physiological functions naturally and regularly, except the single function of
menstruation. No vicarious menstruation takes the place of the natural function, though she has been watched
very closely during the past two years, nor the least periodical excitement. It is added that, though the clitoris is
normal, the mons veneris is almost destitute of hair, and the labia rather undeveloped, while, “as far as is known,”
sexual instincts and desire are entirely absent”.
• In no normal physiological event in the human body is pain normally present, except in birth.
So it is difficult to understand the pain of menstruation. By changing the attitude towards menstruation,
one may discover new dimensions of human individuality. To understand the cause of menstruation
one may need to change the perspective. Menstruation is a complex haemorrhagic process. An
increasing number of experimental observations support the idea that menstruation may be harmful
when fluids are very abundant and are eliminated in large quantities for several days.
• Dr. Emil Novak, professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Johns Hopkins University stated in
his amazingly well documented book “Menstruation and its disorders (Gynecological and obstetrical
monographs), Ed. Appleton (1926)”: “The older ideas as to the nature of the menstrual process
represent a curious blending of speculation and superstition, with very little foundation of real fact. The
element of mystery in the phenomenon seems to have inhibited intelligent efforts to study it. It is
gratifying to note that the scientific methods of our own generation have already yielded splendid
additions to our knowledge of this problem. Much has been done to dispel the numberless
superstitions which formerly befogged the subject in the minds of both the laity and the profession.
Even before the time of Hippocrates, menstruation seems to have been looked upon as a cleansing
58
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
process - a periodic purging of the blood from filth and impurity. It is still the popular conception among
the laity, and perhaps among a certain proportion of the profession. The disagreeable odor of
menstrual blood may be in part responsible for this belief. Comparative studies give a strong promise
that the physiology of menstruation may be brought within the domain of scientific knowledge, and
thus cease to be the mystery which it has been for so many ages. The possibilities for good resulting
from such investigations are great. As already shown, there is no scientific evidence to support such a
theory and indeed, the results of clinical trials show exactly otherwise.”

• When the necessary psycho-emotional conditions are met, menstruation occurs
asymptomatically, without significant loss of fluids and without consequences on the health and vitality
of the body. In this context, a study conducted by Dr. Mary Hodge (see details Marian Goldwasser, M.D.
“Primary Dysmenorrhea A Local Manifestation Of A Constitutional Disease And Its Treatment”, Los Angeles,
Discussion By C. Morley Sellery, M. D., Beverly Hills; Etta Gray, M. D., Los Angeles; N. Kavinoky, M. D., Los
Angeles.) on 974 healthy girls showed that while 31% had moderate pains and 5% had severe pains,
21% had only infrequent pains and 7% had almost none. The pains and other symptoms present
during the premenstrual period suggest that some loss of substances required by the nervous system
is already occurring during leucorrhea or other infectious processes are taking place within the vagina.
• Another myth is that a woman cannot bear children if her menstrual cycle is suspended, even
if she is in very good health. In fact, the medical literature has recorded many cases of women who
gave birth to healthy babies without ever having experienced menstruation. The famous physiologist
John Harvey noted in his studies that he met a woman who gave birth to more than ten healthy
children without ever having a menstrual period.
• Other specialists such as Haveloc Ellis have noted that menstrual periods decrease the mental
and physical efficiency of the woman by creating a great handicap. Many women who were very
successful in their personal or private lives had no menstrual periods or very few.
Several important works of Dr. Ellis Haveloc are: The Evolution of Modesty, The Phenomena of
Sexual Periodicity, Auto-Erotism (1900), The Nineteenth Century (1900), Analysis of the Sexual
Impulse, Love and Pain, The Sexual Impulse in Women (1903), Erotic Symbolism, The Mechanism of
Detumescence, The Psychic State in Pregnancy (1906), Psychology of Sex (1933).
advantages or disadvantages, because the body and its bio-components have gotten used to the
transient state and have no feelings about it.
In situation “C”, the women have the same understanding and attitudes as those in situation
B, with the difference that they have a lot of benefits, namely, reduced need for sleep and food, very
well focused thinking, spontaneity and others.
cannot be explained. A clear logical If/Then diagram about the female mind-controlled physiology is
presented in Fig. 4.3.
Educating this mechanism implies that (whatever method is used) the 5 attitudes described in
chapter 4 concerning the transient biochemistry in man are necessary (and probably sufficient for
woman) if they are explored with patience and perseverance. Another argument that supports the
hypothesis that the biological transformation can take place only after the division of the primary
oocyte involves the woman’s freely willed decision to use the cell material for procreation or for the
biological transformation. This is similar to the manner in which the sperm cells are biologically
transformed only when they reach maturity, a time at which they can be useful for procreation or
biological transformation.
Explanation of Fig. 4.3.
The mind can control the physiology. If MS (menstruation) is present then the output is YES and
we ask about the HL (health status). If the answer is NO then the output is disease, decay, suffering,
and accelerated aging. If the answer is YES, then in most cases we go back to the MS condition and
the cycle closes. However, with the passage of time, after repeating this cycle over and over again the
woman might obtain the answer NO at the output of HL and the cycle ends but with serious
consequences. Medical science has recognized this cycle.
Another possibility would be: If MS is not present, then the output answer is NO. At that phase
we ask the question about PG (pregnancy). If PG is present then the output answer is YES and a child
birth will occur. (However, this implies a certain kind of biological transformation that helps another
human being). This occurs a 9-month cycle and it usually does not have many repetitions during one's
life. It is also recognized by medical science. However, practical observations emphasized a new
element: what if PG is not present while MS is also not present ? We ask again the HL status. If the
HL is okay then we have a medical dilemma. If the HL status is not okay then we have a medical
pathology and the circuit ends with disease, decay, suffering and accelerated aging.
62
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
phenomenon and thus have able to compare their old life experiences with the new ones). This period
can last 5 days on average (often between 3 and 7).
Period 2: The mucosa and the endometrium, together with the vasculaturization and associated
glands, are all developing. The hormonal activity is intensifying at the levels of the reproductive
system and the brain. This period is characterized by a certain amount of emotional effervescence
(which in the case of men is the centerpiece of the biological transformation). The state of emotional
effervescence can cause a cytotransformation of cell matter into transphysiological energy, which
ascends to the brain (as described in Chapter 3). This period is also characterized by a very good
erotic appetite and lasts 7-8 days. If the state of emotional effervescence is not well controlled, the
woman may become irritated and angry for no apparent reason.
Period 3: The
secretion rates of all
hormones are altered. The
broken follicle becomes a
corpus luteum, which grow
up to a size of 1.5 cm.
Certain glands secrete
hormones of some kind,
after which, in the absence
of fertilization, the follicle
regresses rapidly. The
endometrial thickness
doubles and numerous
secretions of hormones
occur. The endometrium
vascularization expands
and grows to a maximum
state. This period
announces the inevitable
appearance of the
menstrual cycle, if the
conditions for biological
transformation were not
met during Period 2. It
lasts only a few days and
is accompanied by some
sensory signals in the body. During this period, having a duration of approximately 12 days, many
women have witnessed a psycho-emotional “tension,” correlated with a slight relief of their erotic
appetite. This state of “tension” may be of longer or shorter duration, with higher or lower intensities,
depending on the whole complex structure of sensory signals, emotions, symptoms, attitudes and
even temporary mentalities which conventional medicine calls the “premenstrual syndrome”. This
state is the result of attitudes, thoughts and emotions experienced from youth to the present moment.
Period 4: Hormonal activity abruptly decreases, the biological transformations are no longer
possible, and the vaginal contractions detach the mucosa together with the blood and the
corresponding glands, tissues and substances. Without going into all the details, classical medicine
considers the decreased secretion of the hormones as being the primary cause of menstruation. Then
the process produces the involution of the yellow body (corpus luteum) and of the uterine lining (the
endometrium). Within only 24 hours before menstruation, the endometrial blood vessels break and the
blood no longer irrigates the endometrum so, obviously, it goes into necrosis and detaches from the
uterus. Then, the uterus eliminates them using subconsciously controlled contractions. During this
time, lasting 3-5 days, the woman experiences various symptoms, whose intensity, aspect and depth
are directly proportional with the efficiency of her transient biochemistry.

the last week, while otherss disappear in a few days after the follicular phase. They are all absent in
the menstrual week.
Many reports suggest that these symptoms can have significant influence on the body, daily
activities, health, various concerns and interests, and the emotions. These symptoms may exacerbate
already existing diseases (or potential ones) or may just mimic them. We mention here depression, a
feeling of hopelessness, negative thoughts, excessive pessimism, sadness, crying, anger, irritation,
exacerbation of interpersonal conflicts, decreased interest in work, hobbies, or friends, problems of
mental concentration, lethargy, fatigue lack of energy, cold fingers, changes in appetite, prolonged
sleep or insomnia, a feeling of being overwhelmed by daily events, lack of self control, physical
symptoms such as breast strengthening, headaches, muscular pains, feeling bloated or fattening, and
psychomotor restlessness. More details about these effects can be found in the journal “American
Psychiatric Association. Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders”, 4th ed., Washington,
DC: American Psychiatric Association; 1994.
It is important to mention that some diseases can be exacerbated by the presence of the
menstrual cycle, namely, acnea, acute appendicitis, acute intermittent porphyria, afitos ulcer, asthma,
diabetes, endocrine and anaphylaxis allergies, epilepsy, multiforme erythema, glaucoma, hereditary
angiodermia, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, multiple sclerosis, overventricular tachycardias,
urticaria and others. (See Case AM, Reid RL. “Menstrual cycle effects on common medical
conditions.” Compr Ther 2001;27:65-71.) The influence of hormonal variability during the menstrual
period is already known in the scientific literature. In an overwhelming majority of cases, especially
during the luteal phase, diseases such as asthma, acnea, epilepsy, the headaches, muscle asthenia,
tachycardia and sleep problems, glaucoma and other viral infections all worsen. By no means do we
intend to promote fear among readers, but these are the conclusions of recent scientific research.
Here are other examples:
• Menstruation decreases insulin resistance! (see Lee PY, Bazar KA, Yun AJ. “Menstrual
variation of autonomic balance may be a factor in exacerbations of certain diseases during the
menstrual cycle.” Med Hypotheses 2004;63:163–167, and also Snyder J.L., Krishnaswamy G.
“Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis and its manifestation as anaphylaxis: a case report and
literature review.” Ann Allergy Asthma Immunol 2003;90:469–477; quiz 477, 571.)
• Chronic venous insufficiency worsens because of vasodilatation from the luteal phase of
menstruation (see McCausland AM, Holmes F, Trotter AD Jr. “Venous distensibility during the
menstrual cycle”. Am J Obstet Gynecol 1963;86:640–645.)
• Bacterial vaginosis worsens in the follicular phase (see Lee PY, Bazar KA, Yun AJ. “Menstrual
variation of autonomic balance may be a factor in exacerbations of certain diseases during the
menstrual cycle”. Med Hypotheses 2004;63:163–167)
• The most important effects of menstruation are those of the emergence of some tumors, often
carcinogenic, because of the intense discharge of estrogen or other sex hormones. Some medical
reports state that many malignancies and melanomas, carcinomas, angiomiofibroblastomas, breast
cancers, cutaneous vascular tumors are caused by the increased concentrations of estrogen.
• The high number of periods of ovulation in a woman's lifetime is directly proportional to the risk
of developing cancer diseases. (see Brincat MP. “Hormone replacement therapy and the skin.”
Maturitas 2000;35:107–117, şi la Manning JT, Caswell N. “Constitutive skin pigmentation: a marker of
breast cancer risk?” Med Hypotheses 2004;63:787–789.)
• Many cancer diseases are based on the rupture of the links between the estrogen receptors
and cell multiplication. A woman's skin color is also a good indicator of the levels of estrogen in the
body. In many study groups, women with light skin color have higher estrogen levels than others.
(Details of ovarian cancer can be found in Cruickshank DJ. “Aetiological importance of ovulation in
epithelial ovarian cancer: a population based study.” BMJ 1990;301:524–525.)
Women spend much more time in experiencing menstruation than ever before due to the new
lifestyles, habits, career, and practicing various birth control procedures and an expectation of
prolonged life. Modern science is about to reveal the details behind ovulation that have been intuited
by many women, for example, that the menstrual cycle affects every aspect of their lives both
physiologically and psychologically.
65
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Author’s note:
Again, we must emphasize that this information has already created fear in the U.S. and in
other countries. Many women are freely submitting themselves to breast removal surgeries and other
so called “preventable” treatments. What we really wish to emphasize through these worrying facts is
that despite its “natural” origin, menstruation should be considered a bad and dangerous habit which
can be ended through proper scientific education. And if you are reading this NOW, then it is not too
late to apply this in your life.
In pathological cases in which women cannot have children, it is obvious that both physiological
and transphysiological mechanisms (at the level of the reproductive system) are perturbed. The next
comments are related to the article “A degradation product of circulating luteinizing hormone (beta-
hCG subunit) in human semen”, by Abbaticchio G, Cassano A, Guarini A, Santoro G, Scardapane R,
Gentile FM, Giorgino R. (source: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6192775)
Comments: To solve non-fertility problems experiments were performed in vitro for fertilizing an
ovule. After reimplantation of the fertilized ovule in the female body, a further treatment was performed
in order to ensure its natural growth, and the procedures mimicked the natural processes inside the
female just as they were supposed to happen in vivo. One special hormone was administered using
injections. Caution should be used when this growth hormone is used because in larger doses it can
trigger other mechanisms of cell multiplication which resemble the one found in cancer cells.
But here the problem is that if the male or female is already non-fertile and needs additional
help cytotransformation (within the transphysiological process) is not possible. For males it is because
they need testosterone for the sperm cells to produce, For females it is because, as I described in
subchapter 4.3, the woman’s transient biochemistry can occur only after the activation of the oocyte
and the creation of the secondary oocyte and first polar body.
In the “normal” process the secondary oocyte is eliminated within the menstrual cycle or is
fertilized by a male sperm cell. When the transphysiological process occurs then the secondary oocyte
is no longer eliminated and the first polar body is no longer disorganized and they both mature without
continuing the cell division. This means (logically) that first the hCG hormone has to be produced, or a
similar hormone has be injected into the body, and then, after a while, the hCG activity must be
inhibited. Otherwise it will continue to stimulate cell division and transphysiology will not occur.
Medical science considers it normal and natural that woman either become pregnant or menstruate.
There is no other third possibility except in pathological cases.
So the presence of the hormone will be regarded as “natural” in all cases. A woman can have
biological transformation qualities and simultaneously choose to remain pregnant, but when the
pregnancy occurs then the transphysiological process is off (and is temporarily replaced by the normal
physiological 9 months pregnancy). After that, the transphysiological process can return. The
physiological process of pregnancy is quite similar to transphysiology in the way that the menstrual
cycle is suspended and all vital substances are used in order to help another being to grow and be
born. The main difference is that one of them helps only the future being while the other helps the
parent and creates better conditions for the latter when pregnancy is chosen.
Finally, transphysiological processes in both women and men help in preventing viral infections,
immune diseases, degenerative illnesses and others. This is the main reason one should focus his or
her attention on them.
66
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Professor Evans conducted a series of experiments the results of which have been published in
several editions of the “Journal of Metabolic Research”. He suggested that through diet one can
produce changes in the menstrual cycle. He found that reducing the amount of protein can delay the
appearance of the first menstrual cramps and the period between two consecutive occurrences is
extended. He noted that the reduction of the number of calories in the diet causes the same effect,
slightly diminished. Dr. Evans explains these observations by noting that the big Graff ovarian follicle
is much more strongly influenced by diet in the last stages of its development than the small primary
follicle. Overeating increases its growth and premature elimination.
Experiments and observations conducted on animals and clinical observations on humans have
established that a woman's menstrual cycle is largely influenced by diet, especially by the amount of
protein consumption. The observations of professor of chemistry and nutrition Henry Clapp Sherman
(n.1875-d.1955) of Columbia University suggest that eating meat increases menstruation, while a
vegetarian diet decreases it.
Other experts believe that menstruation can be significantly reduced through a strict vegetarian
diet, poor in proteins, that will help detoxify the blood and intestinal tract. Dr. Mrs. Ernest Hart
mentioned in the book “Diet in Sickness and in Health”, Cornell University Library (October 21, 2009),
(author Alice Marion Rowlands), Chapter 28 called “Uric Acid As A Cause Of Disease, And Its
Prevention By Diet”: that by eliminating meat and other protein rich food generally favors a decreased
rate and quantity of the menstrual flow and uric acid is more prevalent in the blood.
On an interesting webpage entitled “Foods to Cure Menstrual Cramps” written by Susan DeFeo,
eHow Contributor, one may read the following:
“According to Dr. Susan M. Lark, director of the PMS and Menopause Self-Help Center, in Los
Altos, California, nutritional changes can alleviate a woman's quality of life during menstruation. James
G. Penland, Ph.D., a psychologist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, found that 1,340 milligrams
calcium will reduce cramping and water retention as well as improve concentration and mood swings.
While fruits and vegetables are beneficial, one cup of low-fat yogurt or low-fat milk will supply 300 to
400 milligrams of calcium. When you add the week, month after month, year after year, that the
average woman has her menstrual period, it amounts to five years of her life. Five years is a long time
to suffer through the discomfort that menstruation causes. Fatigue, bloating and cramps do not have
to limit a woman's life any longer, however.”1

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
5.1 INTRODUCTION
There is a large number of deep breathing exercises that could be used for the purpose of
enabling transient biochemistry. The author is unable to present them all. It is best for everyone to
choose which to put into practice. I have chosen the example provided by Jack Kornfield because his
materials (books, CD's and DVD's) are easily accessible to English language speakers and can be
purchased online.1,2 At the same time, Kornfield has university training and his work is not based of a
religion, cult or sect. He uses scientific methodology and teaching in his practical approach to these
exercises. He traveled 5 years in India, Thailand and Burmese.
Being also trained in the traditional Buddhist meditation, Kornfield is one of the most important
teachers who have introduced the practice of meditation to the Western world. He holds a Ph.D in
clinical psychology and is a founding member of the Inner Meditation Society. I have considered it
useful to introduce one of his methods about respiration rhythm and focused attention because, as I
said earlier, he started from an academic environment in order to dedicate himself to a personal
evolution. He says: “The future is a fantasy and the past only a memory. The only time in which we
can really act is the present.”
68
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
consideration and the affliction should be treated with medication and/or surgery if necessary. It is
important to note that poor breathing can favor the emergence of diseases, due to interference with
the circulation of some invisible components such as the transbioplasma or transphysiological energy.
The breath pace and heartbeat are the most important vital body rhythms. Although the
heartbeat is controlled from the subconscious, one can observe that basically the breath pace
modulates the heartbeat. So when we control the breath pace, then the heartbeat changes and
improves instantly. A worried person will have a faster and more superficial breathing. It will lead to
less oxygen in the blood, the brain will operate inefficiently and the heart will manifest arrhythmias
and/or tachycardia. A person who becomes aware of the need for relaxation will develop a slower and
more profound breath pace. That will better oxygenate the entire body. The brain will function with
greater efficiency, and the heartbeat will be normal and regular.
Kornfield suggests that it is important to pay attention to each moment while we inhale and
exhale. Focusing the attention on the breathing pace is the first step through which one may connect
the mind, the heart and the body in the Present Moment. This should always be performed as
naturally as possible with minimal conscious will. Do not force anything !
Sometimes one may feel the need for one or two deep breaths. Let the body act upon its inner
needs. Try to determine the predominant place where the breath starts. At a certain moment when
relaxation deepens, breathing may become become far less noticeable. But it is important to restore
your attention each time it is lost and re-focus it, for example, on the movement of the diaphragm or
the air entering or leaving the nostrils or anything else related to breath pace. As you feel each breath,
allow the body to deepen the relaxation (which means a deeper presence and awareness and also a
deeper muscular relaxation and slower breath rhythm). Do not impose a forced pace. Do not impose
breaks between the inhales and exhales. Accept those that already exist or are gradually beginning,
naturally and normally, and observe them.
After a few breaths, which create a steady pace, one can observe that the mind begins to
generate a wave of mental processes (which can distract the attention). In this situation, one should
accept the presence of this wave (which may consist of reasonings, mental images, or sounds coming
from the environment, as well as ideas, words, random thoughts, etc.) and allow it to unfold. It is futile
and unreasonable to resist it because the very fact of resisting will make it stronger and even more
stable. So let all these things freely flow out through your mind, paying as little attention to them as
possible.
They will not ever dissapear completely, but this is not important for the moment. At a certain
point, this wave of mental processes consumes itself and your attention will once again be able to
refocus upon breathing. This is the secret. It is all that matters. After a few more breaths, you may
experience another wave of mental processes which will divert your attention. Let them divert it and
proceed as before. Allow the manifestation of this new wave of mental processes to run its course
until it exhausts itself and then return your concentration to your breath. There is really nothing else
you can do except repeat this apparently endless “game,” which in fact will not be endless.
When you accept all these distractions and understand that they are normal, you will no longer
characterize the process as being “impossible”, “extremely difficult”, or “unattainable” because now
you have included that which, so far, your thought was an obstacle to any accomplishments: the
fluctuations of the mind. They are now present, and we accept and integrate them into the exercises.
Therefore they are now becoming normal and natural, even if we may continue to label them as
meaningless. You do not fight against thoughts, since you do not have the means, the tools, and
simply cannot know how to fight with the mind against the mind. So, the assessments and labels
automatically become useless and meaningless. If one disagrees with certain thoughts, he or she can
develop others of opposed meaning, until the first ones are consumed or dissolved in the ocean of
consciousness.
Again, I have to emphasize that there is nothing else you and I can do about these thoughts. If
one bad thought appears, then let it consume itself and fade away. There is no known better way to
avoid it. Bad thoughts are part of the dual world. They’ll always exist within all dual worlds and minds.
Duality created a double-sided brain, dual thinking, left and right patterns, and a two polarity
environment. The only thing one may consciously do is to pay less attention to bad thoughts, and
69
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
above all, not to bring them into physical reality. Bad thoughts are part of our ancestral millions of
resonances and past experiences memorized in the vast space of consciousness. This is all about
acceptance and awareness. Some thoughts might be very weak or have a short presence, while
others are stronger and more persistent. Those which are persistent can generate bad emotions
having powerful energies. When these occur, one may choose either to relax and allow them to freely
fade away, in few hours (hopefully) or even days (if are very strong), or one may choose to perform a
very joyful activity by means of which he or she will create positive energies to counter the negative
ones. Once again, this is a matter of time.
Imagine your thoughts as being dolls whose location and shape you can change. All you can do
is place them where you want and do so with gentleness. It is useless to beat the dolls or judge
yourself for what comes out from the mind each second. If you do not apply them in practice or
physically act based upon them, then the unwanted thoughts crossing the mind space come and go
without noticeable effects.
You are not those scattered thoughts which wander through the space mind of the ego
consciousness. You are not THEM! It is a complete impossibility. Because your being is not created
by those thoughts, you can always change yourself regardless of what the wandering thoughts look
like. It is a matter of choice and attitude. This is why the book emphasizes only 5 key attitudes. These
5 key attitudes have two polarities between which we always choose in each and every second.
The bad thoughts should be treated with gentleness while you “focus” your being in the act of
breathing. Each tendency to lose attention can be corrected calmly and effortlessly through your own
natural will. It is important that you never be disappointed by the idea that new waves of mental
disturbances will appear, even after twenty years of practice. In this context, they are nonessential and
completely meaningless. Do not worry unnecessarily. Obviously, the expression “we are what we
think” refers to those attitudes, customs and permanent habits that define our character and behavior
in the waking state. These were created over years and have been strengthened and cemented
strongly in the subconscious. Their replacement requires a conscious effort to create and strengthen
contrary attitudes, customs and habits. It can be done. Again, it is a matter of time.
At this point, there is no “miraculous” technique which will drive away distractions with two or
three conscious breaths. Experience is achieved over time and the changes will develop gradually.
The key is to seek to achieve as efficiently as possible the five attitudes which favor the trigger of the
transient biochemical mechanism. What is essential in these breathing exercises is that one control
the heartbeat and breath pace and decrease the wandering mental processes .
There are hundreds of types of breathing exercises with specific roles and functions, which are
based on a prolonged and severe discipline. But they cannot be presented here and should not be
implemented without an authorized mentor. For this reason I recommend Dr. Kornfield's presentations
as simple, easy to perform and accessible to all.1,2
It is sufficient to hear, watch or or read it without any additional guidance. Of course, a deeper
consequent practice can remarkably improve all these features, gradually awakening the
consciousness. However, for Western society the exercise proposed by Kornfield is most appropriate.
It can be performed once a day, and its duration is approximately 20 minutes. These 20 minutes
represent a step toward good attitudes, better health, relaxation and a better mood. We wish you all
good luck with your practice!

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
The amount of transphysiological energy resulting from the biological transformation is insufficient, if it
meets one or more of the following criteria:
• The subject does not resist the temptation of sexual activity for a minimum of five months and
he is extremely effervescent and overwhelmed by uncontrolled erotic desires.
• The subject has a high level of physical and mental disturbances in the body (due to previous
diseases and/or food), with the result that the spermatogenesis per unit of time cannot balance the
energy Ù disturbing system.
• The subject experiences conflictive states which perturb the spermatogenesis.
In the case of my former colleague, I suspect that he was is one of these situations, but I will
not reveal which it was in order to protect his identity and position in his school.
From my own direct experience I strongly assert that when the transphysiological energy does
not ascend up to the brain, then the transient biochemical process is not really sufficient to effect the
permanent cure of any diseases. Instead, its effectiveness decreases with time and the subject
returns to his previous poor condition of health and vitality. Performing yoga techniques will cause only
temporary transient biochemical reactions. In the of case my friend, the transient biochemistry was
possible, but it was conditioned exclusively by yoga techniques. I am sorry he did not understand that.
Without completing the entire transphysiological process he will not be healed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When I became aware, a long time ago, that I was supposed to live my entire life depending on
Fasconal pills, I was worried about the possibility of developing a stomach ulcer due to its
components. Whenever someone uses hundreds, even thousands of swallowed pills, instead of
powders or solutions, he or she should expect to develop stomach problems. So, I had decided to
keep the pill on the tongue 5 or 10 minutes until it dissolved completely, then swallow and drink a big
glass of water. Of course it was extremely bitter ! But I had to choose between developing an ulcer
after 10-15 years or feeling a bitter taste for 10 minutes every 2 days. What about the manufacturer’s
recommendation regarding swallowing bitter pills? If they are not specifically designed for stomach
problems, then I would not do it that way. In my case, the effect of the pills was stronger when they
were dissolved on the tongue and the compounds were instantly absorbed directly into the blood.
However, as time went by, my ability to taste diminished so I am no longer able to taste food as much
as I used to be. But I can happily live with that limitation instead of having a stomach ulcer.
The way in which these results were obtained requires a more indepth and holistic approach.
During 2006-2007, blood analyses were conducted monthly, and during 2008 they were conducted
every 2-3 months. The values obtained are represented in Fig 6.1 and 6.2. After the trigger of the
transient biochemical reactions, a special mechanism (already described in Chapters 2 and 3) started.
This mechanism cancelled the residual energies and both mental and physical disturbances and
produced some undesirable results during the first 5 months.
According to Fig. 6.1 the complete and sudden interruption of allopathic medication, to which
the body had been “accustomed” for the past five years, did not lead to the expected results because
of two additional issues that I was not aware of at the time, namely, finalizing the elimination of toxic
waste materials and resetting the liver’s production of cholesterol. The first objective has since been
easily achieved, because the cleansing or modification of cholesterol metabolism was carried out
automatically without any intervention or effort. The second objective of resetting the production of
cholesterol is almost completed.
74
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
and the blood and lymph circulation. Is anyone still unaware that our blood is going to be strongly toxic
because of the junk food we daily eat and bad habits we are defined by ?
It is logical to assume that most of the waste products which are water soluble or are in
suspensions can be transported by water and are easily eliminated through perspiration, defecation,
expectoration and urine transport. However, triglycerides fat are problematic because those most
harmful for the body are not water soluble and and do not form suspensions. They are very sticky and
create clusters known as atheroma.
But why did the cholesterol levels rise when this mechanism started? The only explanation
would be that the newly formed transphysiological energy began to modify the cholesterol deposits
from the blood vessels but could not decrease the many bad emotional patterns (an as yet unproven
assumption). Presumably those cholesterol accumulations (as a result of bad thoughts, bad attitudes,
bad emotions) derived from neurological origin of stress that impact on steroidal hormones to promote
chloesteerol synthesis and unable to be eliminated completely.
This is something too complex for me even to hazard an explanatory hypothesis. But are the
emotions really accumulating and where ? But if they are not accumulating as objects in the body,
then why would someone get sick after repeated negative emotional episodes ? Neurology says that
our emotions create chemical reactions in the brain (and conversely that brain chemistry creates
emotions which affect the body). Why do we sweat when experiencing powerful emotions? And why
does this reaction create good effects on the body if the emotions are positive and bad effects if the
emotions are negative?.
If we do not know the answers then questions need to be asked. Unfortunately, no one takes
cholesterol measurements during strong emotional episodes in order to guide science. But the
cholesterol rise could be attributable a brain chemistry still unknown. The next questions are: where
does that new amount of cholesterol come from ? Was that part of the normal liver biosynthesis? But if
that is true, then why did the cholesterol level decrease when I decreased the medication ? Another
question would be whether any inverted chronological mechanism (explained in subchapter 6.4) is
present transiently in every human being but in a dormant state.
Answers to these questions will emerge only if many individuals have their own equipment and
agree to participate on a long-term research project. But logically how would the levels of cholesterol
fluctuate in each case? If my assumption is correct then here is the answer:
1. Positive emotions temporarily enable the purification inverted chronology mechanism (see
subchapter 6.4) which objectifies the previous bad emotions. As a result, cholesterol levels rise and
then drop.
2. Negative emotions disable any energetic and transphysiological mechanism and amplify
biosynthesis as a response to stress. As a result, cholesterol levels rise and do not then drop.
These two assumptions might be verified if the participants are sincere and honest but as yet
they are not proven in a clinically controlled environment. So how did I come to these hypotheses? In
the absence of research, I used the intuition of an engineer.
Presumably if the transient biochemistry is beneficial for the body then the logical outcome
would be that all these symptoms, weird blood parameters, and other manifestations were only
temporary events and after their ending something good should be noticed, and it was.
So, when the cholesterol level reached reached 275 units, I restarted the allopathic medication
but in very small doses (based on the belief that some homeopathic principles might be true).
So I lowered the statin in water dilutions which were drunk every day and again, for the second
time, the cholesterol levels dropped until December 25. Then the inverted chronology mechanism
manifested the symptoms of the amygdalae surgery I had at age 5. Those symptoms were so
powerful that the cholesterol level increased dramatically to 350 units.
In my stubbornness I still believed that this increase was only temporary and I continued to use
only lower allopathic doses while studying the weirdness of this phenomenon. There is a new science
developing called pharmacogenomics and this will precisely determine for each individual the optimal
doses of any prescribed drug in order to avoid negative side effects.
It should result in a drastic decrease in the amount of drugs people take. This is the real science
one should seek.
75
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Then, as the graph shows, for the third time the cholesterol levels dropped, this time to 170.
Since then the levels have risen and dropped repeatedly, mostly due to the influence of positive and
negative emotions. Since 2011 I have completely stopped the allopathic medication for cholesterol.
OTHER ANALYSES AND PERSONAL COMMENTS
After a period of approximately 1 year without the monthly or bimonthly analysis of cholesterol,
I followed a traditional balanced lactovegetarian diet with a small daily intake of food (as mentioned in
previous paragraphs). However, I added an allopathic medication (Sortis) in a dose 14 times lower
than that recommended by the physician (which was 1-2 20 mg pills daily). I figured that maintaining a
low dose of 1 tablet of 10 mg per week would generate an effective response from the body, and I
took the liberty to conduct this experiment (which I do not recommend !) using allopathic medication
as a semi-placebo. I continued with this lower dose until the end of 2010 when I stopped it completely.
I should add that in the cold season I have used small amounts of chocolate every week for energizing
the body.
Thus, an effective combination of medication and autosuggestion can provide significant
advantages in the treatment of chronic diseases. After January 15, 2011, I became a strict vegetarian.
Since, in most cases, the allopathic medication recommended for patients to maintain cholesterolemia
within normal limits is at least one pill per day (usually 20 mg), it is considered a dose of symptomatic
and supportive treatment. At a cholesterol level of 350, a dose of 1 tablet of 20 mg/day over a long
term would have been necessary (in addition to a strict diet). In advanced cases with complications
the daily dosage can reach 80 mg.
Side effects of this medication are diarrhea, gas, headache, joint pain, nausea, vomiting,
stomach upset or pain, tiredness, or weakness.
Source: http://www.medicalmanagement.ag/product.php?productid=612&-c-143).
When a medication is used only for limited periods of time or in very small quantities, it is
usually not dangerous. But in all other cases the medicine increases the toxicity of the body faster
than the rate at which it neutralize or eliminates the ailment for which it is prescribed. Other ailments
may result, creating a need for more medications — a vicious circle.
76
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
NOTE: I emphasize once again that not complying with medical advice or changing the dosage
without consultation is strongly counterindicated, as long as one’s body does not produce enough
transphysiological energy to cure or significantly improve the conditions of suffering. Everything I have
written in this book is a special case of applied research on my own body and is my sole responsibility.
In addition to this presentation it is important to add a recently received e-mail from Dr. Bruce
Lipton concerning my cholesterol levels:
From Dr. Bruce Lipton, New Zealand
One of the things that will make your life better is that you have stopped using the statin drugs!
These are actually toxic to the system and interfere with its normal functions. The problem in
cardiovascular disease is not the cholesterol ... it is stress. Cholesterol by itself is not harmful.
Vascular issues (arteriosclerosis) are the result of erratic blood pressure. Stressed people have
radical shifts between high and low blood pressure. Repeated cycles of low and high pressure cause
the blood vessel-lining cells to rapidly divide.
However, these cells are not used in the construction and maintenance of the vessel wall, they
just pile up. Then they attract the cholesterol which accumulates in the cell. The cholesterol only
shows up after the damage has occurred. Point: cholesterol does not cause the problem, it only shows
up after the damage is done! Conclusion: Do not worry about the cholesterol ... focus on reducing the
stress. Margaret and I are now in New Zealand where I teach a course in immunology at a College of
Chiropractic. I love the assignment because it allows me to experience summer in NZ while the USA
is in winter. With Love and Light for you and your beautiful community.
Bruce
NOTE:
As Dr. Lipton and his DVD “New Biology, Where Mind And Matter Meet,” suggest, stress
causes automatic subconscious defense mechanisms. On the level of blood vessels, these
mechanisms paradoxically favor growth and reproduction for the wall cells as the body tries to
counteract the increase in blood pressure (which previously had been increased by the cholesterol
levels). The body’s mechanisms try to prevent the vessels from breaking.
As a result, cell walls become thicker, the cells accumulate cholesterol, and the cholesterol is
used as a “raw material” for sustaining other functions in the body. The problem in my case (and no
doubt those of others) was that the mechanism is unconscious. Once triggered, it cannot be controlled
by mental suggestions. Only transphysiological energy can control it.
The answer of Dr. Bruce Lipton gave me extra confidence, but I strongly advise you not to
ignore medical advice because without energy support through transient biochemistry or other similar
procedures, all I have presented here will not work.

Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
PERSONAL COMMENTS
Human blood is a kind of cycling-recycling environment not just for the blood cells, antibodies
and other vital components but also for toxic residues, somatides, mycoplasmas, viruses, bacteria,
fungi and other pathogens. The healthy cells develop an antioxidant shield that allows them to absorb
oxygen (and nutrients) through the membrane in order to create the energy needed for all intracellular
processes. Obviously, this antioxidant shield protects the cell from oxidation. But weakened, infected,
sickened, or dying cells are no longer able to sustain themselves. As a result, they are invaded by
pathogens and their inner biological matter is used to create even more pathogens. Without going into
a lot of details, scientists invented therapies to bring more stabilized oxygen into the blood and hoped
in this way to clean the body “naturally” without chemicals and pills. But the results were not as
amazing as they had expected. Many scientists now use oxygen in small doses for preventing or
treating advanced injuries (burns, accidents, necrosis, etc.). However, the application of oxidative
treatment produces effects in the following precise order:
1. Free radicals and some minerals are eliminated on contact with the atomic oxygen released
from the ingested H2O2.
2. Anaerobic organisms are affected in this precise order: viruses, bacteria, fungi and
mycoplasma. However, aerobic microorganisms will proliferate as the anaerobic ones die. The entire
bacterial flora will be changed, at least temporarily (hopefully). Other microorganisms will adapt to
higher oxygen concentrations and will proliferate later.
3. Dead cells, dying cells, infected cells, weakened cell, and older cells are oxygenated. At this
point therapy should be stopped, or else the healthy cells will be affected. Unfortunately, only in this
dangerous phase can the therapy destroy cancer cells.
This therapy had an inverted chronological effect from a symptomatological point of view. This
means that while the stabilized oxygen is “cleaning” the body, one may experience symptoms of all
previous illnesses he or she has had without actually being ill again. It is unknown why this process
occurs in inverse chronological order. The more one’s body has high levels of toxicity the more severe
the symptoms will be. The author underwent oxygen therapy at his own risk. The inverted
chronological mechanism was observed but could not be explained. It seems that the additional
contribution of “transbioplasma” energy via biological transformations helps the cells to develop an
antioxidant shield and accelerates the elimination of waste substances (and residual patterns or
informational matrices) from the body.
In effect, the author relived of all significant disease symptoms suffered during his life. This
reactivation of symptoms resulted in a temporary modification of certain physiological parameters,
such as increasing the blood cholesterol levels. Therefore the temporary reactivation (under special
conditions) of the subjective symptomatology is associated with the modification of some physiological
parameters for a strictly limited period of time.
These diseases had, probably, retained a bio-informational pattern of these experiences,
feelings, traumas, abnormal parameters, etc., which characterized the disease (including some
psycho-emotional components and the associated sensory impressions). Some of the fears, phobias,
and negative emotions (which were “stored” as a bio-informational matrix until the moment that the
mechanism of inverted chronology purification was triggered) were subsequently partially or
completely cured, including their reactivation pattern.
These incidents have been are shown on the graph from Fig. 6.1 as “coincidences” between the
temporary increase of cholesterol levels and some temporary violent energetic events, in each case
followed by a spectacular drop in the cholesterol levels with very little allopathic help. It should be
noted that the reduced allopathic therapy was accompanied by a combination of products with active
properties for reducing the hypercholesterolemia.
The author relived some of the symptoms of the common cold, lumbar discopathy, hearing loss,
flu, and of other infections at approx. 1/5 of their original intensity and for a period of time within the
range of 1/10 - 1/100 of their original duration. The author was warned that these symptoms would
return by his friend professor Adrian Patrut. Such phenomena should be expected as a quasi-
mandatory stage in the process of the complete healing.
78
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Example: when we have experienced a form of existence beyond the body, we understand
something which is beyond the rational concept of the existence of a bio-informational field of
consciousness out of the body. Thus, the concept is no longer needed. We have direct understanding
and that is worth everything.
PERSONAL COMMENTS ABOUT ENERGETIC EVENTS WITH VARIABLE PERIODICITY
The rather violent events that were caused by transient biochemistry and took place during the
year 2007 each occurred over several days, in time intervals which increased from one event to
another. Thus, after the experience of December 2006, the next events took place in April and then in
October 2007. Thus, the interval increases nonlinearly over time. Each of these events produced
perceptible sensations in the energy centers, including an alteration in the perception of time. The
sensation was uncanny and indescribable. It was a purely subjective sensation.
From these 3 separate events, characterized by relatively similar sensations, I can formulate
some conclusions (which cannot be scientifically proven):
- Each event produces a certain “materialization” of the “residual energies” located in the so-
called energy shells or bodies intimately linked to the physical one. This “materialization” is actually a
translation of them into various circuits, such as the blood stream, sweat glands and excretory system,
where they are eliminated as “fat” (due to liver activity influenced by the transient reactions), sweating,
tearing, sneezing, pus discharge, itching and other similar physiological phenomena. These so-called
“materialization” should be all treated with pharmacotherapies (pills and drugs), which are means to
facilitate the process of “cleaning” triggered by the transient biochemical reactions. These events are
real but temporary.
- After each violent energy event, the symptoms that appeared closely resembled those of
older, long-absent diseases. They included the temporary and sudden increase of cholesterol, lumbar
discopathy pain, mild fever, sweating and pus leaks from the fingertips of the right hand (the first was
caused accidentally by a needle prick, but the second and many others did not have any apparent
cause).
During the event in October, I had correctly predicted an immediate increase in the cholesterol
levels, as shown by subsequent analysis. It was treated for a while with normal allopathic doses (and
later homeopathic doses using the same allopathic drug) using a product from the statins series, while
I also kept up treatment with plant mixtures such as Fitolip and Liv 52.
I estimate that to date, the so-called “burnings”, “purifications”, etc., have reached only to the
so-called ethereal body. At a certain moment, it is likely that they will also touch the astral body. Here
there are two possibilities: objectifications may be extreme, with significant consequences for the
body, or they may be “easily” transcended without too much suffering. These explanations are rather
hypothetical, because nobody has ever proven them.
80
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
February 3, 2006, the starting date of the transient biochemical reactions. On that Friday afternoon,
things definitely changed. The shoulder pain disappeared after the first 3 days, and after 7 more days
the lumbar pains also dissapeared. Occasionally they come back, but with much lower intensity,
usually bearable, and rarely has it been necessary to take the allopathic anti-inflammatory medication.
However, at that time, the transient biochemical reactions did not provide sufficient
transphysiological energy to cure the
lumbar discopathy. The magnetic
resonance imaging investigations
performed in June 2004 (Fig.6.3)
and then in December 2007 and
August 2008 confirmed the presence
of the affliction, despite the
significant reduction of painful crises
and their duration.
With the help of three
bioenergy healing sessions offered
by a medical doctor, the disease has
been greatly ameliorated and now I
can exert extensive physical effort
without pain. His sessions
contributed to an absorption or
dematerialization of the protrustions,
which cannot be explained
scientifically. I have to emphasize the fact that illnesses like lumbar discophaties are degenerative,
meaning they progress over time and never heal. Many bioenergy sessions or other types of
unconventional treatments cannot lead to permanent healing unless the patient uses his own
biological transformative energies continuously for the rest of his days. There is no other cure.
Beginning in October 2011 all sensations of pain had disappeared permanently. Currently, the
biological energies are helping me to restore my health with a speed greater than the speed at which
the degenerative disorder can progress. In other words, as I get older, my health and vitality is
continuously improving. Nobody knows for how long this will “work”, but right now, after more than 7
years of educated biological transformations, the improvement continues. Although normally one does
not feel better as one ages, today this is happening to me with very few exceptions.
81
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
homeopathy, because I suspected that he too had achieved a certain stage in the process of
biological transformation (we were friends pursuing this goal since the 1990’s.) After several very
careful observations I realized that I was experiencing a new inner quality, which enabled me to
“know” whether the people to whom I talk have experience with biochemical reactions within the
transient physiology. So I engaged in dialogues with very small groups of people. During one
discussion O.P. read the few pages I had written on my experiences. Seven hours after we separated
he experienced very energetic transient biochemical reactions up to the crown of the head,
accompanied by a febrile condition. His temperature was 400C. At 10:30 pm he called me to ask if I
had become empathic and had somehow triggered this violent phenomenon. Neither of us suspected
that the mere reading of a printed document could affect the body of the reader. I denied being
empathic. The next day we met to discuss the causes of his transient biochemical reactions and
formulated the following assumptions:
ASSUMPTIONS:
1. Synchronicity: a group phenomenon that is apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to
occur together by chance, yet is experienced as occurring together in a meaningful manner.
2. Empathy: a phenomenon experienced between two (or more) people, one of whom is a very
good transmitter of his or her inner state. So far I have not given evidence to show that I am such a
transmitter, but according to testimonials of other people I may be.
3. The power of information: the possibility that receptive people who read or hear about
transient biochemical reactions may experience them. The possibility is greater when the information
is being communicated for the first time, but it never disappears altogether. The first people to read
this book might very well have such reactions.
4. Mixed situation: the combination of all 3 previous hypotheses.
Recent experience and analysis of some additional testimonials suggest that assumptions 3
and 4 are most likely to be correct.
Note: The author has already received a testimonial from a highly educated person who
authentically experienced the biological transformations while reading the raw material of this book,
before its printing. His experience proved the power of the first contact with this information.
Amazingly he succeeded in triggering the transient biochemistry at 52 years-old, but this is due to the
fact he maintained a positive attitude toward life and consciously followed the 5 attitudes presented in
this study. He needed only a little bit of information for the process to start - in only a few weeks time.
lack of impact (I am the air zodiacal sign). I hope I can increase all this experience. In fact I can say
that you already gave me the book, you gave me what I really needed - it is all true and I was ready
for receving it - and the Master - or the relay which manifested The Master appeared. I thank you very
much.

Yes, this is extraordinary ! I think you are or have been the Divine relay when you wrote those
things so clearly and presented a scientific understanding of of thousands of years of occult
information. It cannot be otherwise. I I will start practicing as soon as possible, right now, because this
is what my spiritual impulse demands of… and this is curious to see how things fit together and how
much harmony exists in the universe. (For 3 weeks I have had problems with my vertebrae). I believe
two of them are hardened and I'm doing some exercises for recovery from the agonizing pain.
Extraordinary story ! It is clearly observable that you have lived and did not write from other books,
and your book contains an extraordinary impulse. I think with joy of the time when I will also get
results. I wrote this because I know that you understand and wonder how the world is created by its
set of laws and beauty. I wish you spiritual achievement and joy and hope to talk later. If I get other
results, I'll write.
Except for the fact that I'm not a “Divine relay”, the story seems to confirm hypothesis 3 about
the power of information. Another possible explanation is that certain experiences or absolutely
natural events can positively influence an individual's life with no “special” intervention from outside or
however one is supposed to say it. Osho explains a similar phenomenon in his book “Life is here and
now” (Herald Publishing, 1988, Romanian edition only !):
Quote Nr.1: “The story of physical, biological and psychological pleasures starts at the age of
14 years old and if nobody intervenes and you are allowed to experiment, then at the age of 42 years
you will be free of them. That does not mean you will withdraw from the world .... And I say this: if
everything happens naturally, then the very fact of reaching the age of 42 years will bring an immense
change in your life. You will remain clearly detached in the world. This is true renunciation, no
obsessions, no repression.” (pag. 207).2
In the next quote, Osho explains the role of moderate effort and detachment in order to attain
success in our actions and desires:
Quote Nr.2: “The dialectic of life shows that people who make a significant effort towards
enlightenment will fail precisely because of the effort. One day one will have to give up and in that
moment of detente an opening will be produced: it is no longer you that who act, but something
happens within you. A scientist works for years on a project, doing all that is possible, and then he

COMMENTS:
The fact that some information may produce significant effects when it is publicly communicated
has been shown by statisticians who have studied the evolution of tuberculosis until the discovery of a
vaccine that eradicated it. Michael Talbot noted this phenomenon in “The Holographic Universe”,
pages 101 and 102:
Quote Nr.1: “The fears we share with the other members of our culture can also affect us
greatly. In the nineteenth century, tuberculosis killed tens of thousands of people, but starting in the
1880s, death rates began to plummet. Why? Previous to that decade no one knew what caused TB,
which gave it an aura of terrifying mystery. But in 1882 Dr. Robert Koch made the momentous
discovery that TB was caused by a bacterium. Once this knowledge reached the general public, death
rates fell from 600 per 100,000 to 200 per 100,000 despite the fact that it would be nearly half a
century before an effective drug treatment could be found.” 1
This means that knowing the truth, in most cases, is helpful and the best way of knowing is
through scientific means. Here is another example presented by Talbot:
83
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Quote Nr.2: “In the 1950’s kidney transplants were only a tantalizing possibility. Then a doctor
in Chicago made what seemed to be a successful transplant. He published his findings, and soon
after other successful transplants took place around the world. Then the first transplant failed. In fact,
the doctor discovered that the kidney had actually been rejected from the start. But it did not matter.
Once transplant recipients believed they could survive, they did, and success rates soared beyond all
expectations.”1

These desires and attachments and the language to express them will strengthen over time and
eventually become fixed as a ‘castle’.
Usually, parents, educators and teachers are not familiar with these issues and their influence
on personality development. The educational system is carried out mechanically, from one lesson to
another, terms are forcibly imposed, and automatic storage by the student is considered much more
important than evidence of his or her understanding. Here is where the conflictual states arise. These
high intensity states begin to disturb the functioning of certain glands and biological systems. They
tend to self-regulate their functionality, obviously within certain limits, to counteract the devastating
effect of stress, and they fail to do that. In some situations, but not in all male individuals, the
mechanisms of the seminal glands intervene in order to generate a temporary state of hippocampus
reward which he lacks.
The real causes of the phenomenon called precocious puberty are unknown except for its
allopathic treatment..

(but only in disciplines which he likes) and is appreciated. He or she thinks this reward is always
happening outside the brain and therefore it is dependent by other people’s opinions about him.
Hence arises an important element of the ego, and that is egocentrism (if the one who is in the
spotlight of the majority is often appreciated) or, alternatively, the denial and loss of confidence (if the
one who is in the spotlight of the majority is often criticized). Following out this line of thought, one
could define more personality types, but that task is beyond the scope of this book.
Finally one might “resocialize” with others like him, if he has the chance to meet them as
classmates. Another mechanism is blind acceptance, that is, when an individual socializes well and is
friendly with others and when the interaction with others becomes more important than learning. The
great mass of people comply with social regulations, but those few who refuse become either
antisocial or nonconformist and take a solitary path.
On the graph are marked the cyclical periods of the uncontrolled discharge of semen, which can
be 2-6 times per day in adolescence, and decreasing to once a day (or several days), on the verge of
maturity, with devastating unexpected effects on the maintenance of the vital processes in the body.
the clearest proof of the reality of the transient physiology discussed, but its permanent activation is a
personal challenge that everyone has to address.
(3) If the student is insufficiently prepared for cultivating the necessary conditions for activating
these biopotentials (the transient physiology presented to this point), then he must stay on the path to
buy time until he is ready for a later achievement. This “time earned” is characterized by maintaining
the vital processes, with increased efficiency and rare seminal losses. Up to this point everything is
fine.
(4) Unfortunately the aging process (systems and organs) is inherent and inevitable, and is
accelerated by the seminal losses. These increase the difficulty of controlling or triggering the
mechanism of transient biochemistry. In reality, this mechanism can be triggered up to a certain age
called the age limit of transient biochemical achievement. It usually lies in the range of 30-38 for
women (due to the emergence of menopause after the age of 40-45), and 40-45 years-old for men
(after which the power of concentration greatly decreases and, after 60, one undergoes andropause).
There are exceptions! At this point or in any of the timeframes (2) to (4) from situation B, the path
bifurcates. This means either reaching the necessary conditions for triggering the permanent transient
biochemistry or falling into the common human condition represented on the graph with the numbers
(5) and (6).
(5) If one has reached this stage, he will guess the danger or predict his critical condition and
will try to regain his or her health, unsuccessfully. He will be filled with fear or fanaticism or will give up
any other attempts and will return to the common human condition. The practitioner always argues
that he or she has not given up the spiritual path, even the desired results are not achieved. Stages
(6)-(9) are similar to (3)-(6) paragraph 7.1.3 (situation A).
7.4 CONCLUSIONS
The author wished to use these resources to heal the diseases from which he suffered, to
succeed in a risky real estate transaction, to build an ultra high fidelity audio power amplifier on 8
channels, and to satisfy his every whim.
In this book the author offers his knowledge and experience to those who want to enjoy the
material life and be tens of times more efficient at their jobs. With these resources anyone can
overcome the competition and be ten times more creative than their opponents in the free market.
“Through this book, I wanted to offer my modest contribution in case medical science and the
educational system would be interested both in understanding the applicability of transient
biochemistry to a successful life and in devleoping human abilities by triggering its mechanism. But
one single book, presenting only one example which will not be followed by others, is most likely
insufficient to fulfill this goal. Therefore I encourage all those who have achieved such efficiencies on
the psycho-physical level to record and publish their experiences, in collaboration with the available
specialized teachers interested in this topic.”
91
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
To the extent that science confirms that the transient biochemical mechanisms can be
consciously cultivated and developed, one may propose the development of research grants, based
on the belief that most of the phenomena described and presented in the book are of a psycho-
physical nature and can be studied with the means of science. The remaining phenomena, which are
transphysical, are rather epiphenomena of these mechanisms, being effects and not generating
factors. The experience detailed in this book is not an isolated case. Volume 2 of this book will
summarize testimonials of other transient biochemical experiments.
It is well known that when the emotional intensity exceeds a certain threshold of expression
then the capacity to think rationally is significantly altered. Emotional oscillations (beneficial or not)
manifested within acceptable limits, which are imposed by the individual physiology, do not cause
irreversible effects on rational thinking and the body.
This means that when they do not have exceedingly high intensities and long duration their
effects on the brain, mind and rational thinking are reversible. But emotions manifested in the extreme
range, above the psycho-physiological threshold of tolerance, may cause irreversible effects on all
bioinformational and biological systems.
THE DESTRUCTIVE EFFECTS OF EXTREME EMOTIONS
Advanced scientific studies in different branches and sub-fields of psychology have revealed
that when stormy events such as emotional shocks occur, the ability to reason in the very core of their
92
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
manifestation dramatically decreases to zero. The individual feels helpless and defenseless, is
incapable of discovering solutions, is very vulnerable to negative suggestions and may face
depressive states having irreversible health consequences. These aspects are well studied and
publicized in professional publications and so do not require further discussion in this book.
THE ECSTATIC EFFECTS OF EXTREME EMOTIONS
It may seem odd to present ecstatic emotions as a problem. Therefore their disruptive effects
can significantly reduce rational thinking. Because some readers of this book may seek the path of
personal development, I feel obliged to give them some warnings.
Generally speaking, the efficiency of the biological transformations and the increasing intake of
transphysiological energy in the body enhance the glands and brain activity, partially or fully restore
the health of some affected organs, and bring a very good state of satisfaction and happiness,
manifested both in the brain and one’s individuality.
The phenomenon of transient biochemistry provides a continuous emotional state, which slowly
improves with time. This emotional state in turn helps to slowly increase the magnitude of the
biotransformations through a feedback loop.
Over the years, the individuals who feel these effects may be seen by others in a highly
favorable light, even as a kind of god. Their good deeds often result in significant material and
financial rewards.
If the practicioner of transient biochemistry unable to detach from the mind-object
concept/egotism, then he may be mereley blinded by the laurels of victory.
Precisely because of the biological transformations, into this trap have fallen highly educated
university people, who initially showed a balanced state of reason, intuition and brilliance. People who
have come into the possession of the most respected titles and awards have been, finally, blinded by
their professional laurels of success so that shortly after receiving them they have fallen into
irrationality, communicating ideas and intentions which placed them in the posture of “world saviors”,
“all-knowing of the secrets of the universe”, “messianic prophets”, etc. It is difficult to explain why such
a switch occurs at their levels of consciousness and personality, often after the age of 40.
In other situations, determined by extreme but temporary ecstatic states, the mind or
consciousness enters into “resonance” with a “state of unity and universality” from which it emanates
(sometimes) a speech with many mystical and symbolic meanings. In very rare cases, such speeches
may have moral values suggesting some deeper truths that can be understood by the audience.
However, in most cases, the discourses, ideas, scripts or communications, whatever they are
named, contain a heterogeneous mixture of truth and nonsense from which the listeners should be
able to extract what is useful on the basis of their discernment (which they are believed to possess).
The relationship between the one who “lectures” and the listeners should create a symbiotic
relationship balancing reason and intuition. The auditors are more rational and the communicator, who
is in a high state of bliss, is more intuitive.
Emotional extremes can cause a state of ecstasy and the disappearance of reason, altering the
person’s balance. The attachment to ecstatic states can be compared to addiction to hallucinogens,
with the body demanding more and more. It is also encountered in ordinary people who live moments
of ecstasy in their daily lives, and in those pursuing natural psycho-physical practices who cannot
avoid the attachment of the mind to the emotions that arise from those practices. Here we have three
possibilities:
a) For users of hallucinogens, the ecstatic state has a generating factor (the chemicals). This is
temporary and the mind creates an object of attraction to it.
b) In the case of ordinary people, the ecstatic state also has a generating factor (identified in the
person of the opposite sex). This is also temporary and the mind creates an object of attraction both to
that person’s sexuality and to the ecstatic state itself.
c) In the case of people who optimize their biological transformations, the ecstatic state appears
spontaneously and has no generating external factor (or it cannot be identified). It appears over
extended periods of time and in some cases the mind can make them a mind-object.
93
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
When the audience is convinced that “the lecturer” or “the guru” passes to them the “big” truths,
their minds are programmed to believe and accept them unconditionally in a state full of irrationality.
By this mechanism, many ideas, books and individuals have managed directly or indirectly to fool
large groups of people, urging them to unnecessary, hostile or irrational actions. This happens not
only in esoteric circles but also in the “civilized” world in which charismatic leaders play God, set
policies and change destinies.
All these practitioners form different groups having a common element: the cultivation and
acceptance of irrationality. The complacency within an irrational state is simultaneously a collective
and individual act and the generating factor cannot be identified with a small group of believers but
rather the desire for collective participation of the ignorant masses in the actions of very small groups
or individuals that promise great things.
This relationship is reciprocal because it cannot support itself if one party fails. It is as if we want
to imagine the Church without parishioners or a school without students. A reciprocal relationship
creates connections and dependencies, balances or imbalances, depending on the incentives of all
the participants. If science is advancing rapidly then the Church may lose its influence, and if students
or followers of a school do not receive immediate results and depart. Their leaving may influence the
school because it has failed to deliver on its promises. But what are our real needs and where do we
expect to have them met? This is a question that needs investigation and intuition to find the answer.
The W.H.O. defines health as a condition of complete bodily, mental, and social well-being. The
aim of this book is to help ensure the reader’s awareness of his own bodily, mental, and social well-
being. No outside sources were used in writing this chapter.

8. AFTERWORD
I thank all the readers who have read this volume. Now you and I may begin to wonder what is
next. You may have a million questions in your mind. In order to answer them scientifically and to
provide authentic evidence, the next volume in this series has been dedicated to exploring the science
behind the biological transformation. In it will summarize the results of a research proposal to various
science foundations, USA and other nations under the “Unconventional Scientific Research” category.
This future research involves interdisciplinary cooperation among biologists, psychologists,
educational specialists and nursing practitioners.
Approach:
Our approach involves analysis of the following scientific parameters before and after biological
transformation among healthy participants of both genders in various age groups between (20-45
years).
a) Assessing the telomere sequences in somatic cells according to age - a biomarker indicator
of aging and aging related diseases.
b) Measuring the telomerase enzyme gene transcription activators in somatic cells - a
biomarker for telomere sequence elongation.
c) Monitoring the spermidine levels in white blood cells - a marker of autophagy (a remarkable
stimulatory function performed by the white cells to remove the dead cells and unwanted cellular
debris including cellular toxins to boost the immune system and prevent the cellular mutation for
cancer or any gene targeting disease).
d) Assessing the cognizing ability - a method to analyze the neuron activity in the brain,
including neuroendocrine secretions and memory stimulations.
e) Assessing the dietary habits and patterns - a marker of the leptin level, hunger, obesity and
the proper functioning of digestive system.
f) Assessing the tolerance level for various psychological stresses - a biomarker for mental
attitude.
g) Analyzing EEG/ECG and lung function tests - a biomarker of vitality.
h) Assessing all of the blood biochemical parameters - biomarkers of general well-being and
vitality.
i) Assessing the personality improvement test - an indicator of introspection.
Methods:
The participants will be asked to follow certain types of regular and time-bound body exercises,
including certain simple yoga practices, and practice a specific method of concentrating the mind.
They will also participate in proper breathing exercises, listen to specific musical notes, and eat less
saturated fat and more green vegetables and fruits. All of these activities are to be practiced at
specific times of the day and are to be undertaken for at least 3 years.
During this 3-year period of time, at 3-month intervals the above assessment parameters will be
monitored and recorded. All the assessments are noninvasive and do not include drugs. In the fourth
year, the participants will be asked to practice the trans-physiological process (either through an
intimate relationship or a self-stimulating environment) by refraining from the evacuation of seminal
/vaginal secretions by activating the mind controlled voluntary muscular contractions.
At this time the physiological changes will be recorded by the participants using a prescribed
questionnaire. Biochemical parameters such as telomerase gene activators and spremidine levels will
be monitored on the day that the individual participant undergoes the trans-physiological process. The
participants may not achieve the expected changes in one attempt at the transphysiological process.
Depending upon their genomic make-up, their physiology, and their mental, environmental, and
physical conditions, they may have to attempt it several times in intervals of 3-4 weeks. During every
attempt the above mentioned biochemical and behavioral parameters will be monitored and recorded.
95
Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind
Expected outcome:
After a successful attainment of the trans-physiological process, the results of the changes will
be analyzed and compared. We expect many telomere sequences to have been added after the trans-
physiological process than there were before. We expect a higher spermidine level in the blood and
inside the white cells of the individual who has activated the process of trans-physiology. We expect
that the mental attitudes will be improved along with the general vitality of the persons who have
undergone the trans-physiological process.
How these results will be used:
After the completion of these scientific experiments, attempts will be made to document the
results in research manuscripts and to publish them in peer reviewed journals. Eventually, the results
will be collected in Volume II of “Biological Transformations Controlled by the Mind - Experimental
Results”. In addition, attempts will be made to plan a routine practice for school children ages 10-13
that will include simple energization exercises, to be followed by the trans-physiological process for
those ages 14-20 in order to attain the biological transformation in their bodies.
Long-term goals:
With the encouraging results of our initial pilot experiments in studying the biological
transformation processes, an attempt will be made to monitor the performance of the transformed
individuals in their future activities through various social media by organizing the alumni association.
We will use the individuals as ambassadors to spread the good news of the biological transformations
to others. Changing school curricula will be planned, with the help of independent school districts as
well as private schools. All middle schools will introduce the energization exercises in their physical
education curriculum, and high schools will introduce the trans-physiological process as a component
of their existing sex education curriculum.
Future Perspectives:
The net results of this body of research we hope will be to introduce an entirely new form of
health education to all people. Current human physiology books should be revised according to the
successful completion of this research. New refined curriculum will be developed and introduced to
UNESCO to spread the advantages of this new trans-physiological process to the world.
Advantages:
The advantages of this new form of education are the following:
1. Improve good thinking behavior and avoid any criminal activity,
2. Manage to eat healthy diets to monitor body weights,
3. Improve mental concentration upon all daily tasks and business activity,
4. Provide healthy children to the world,
5. Lead a healthy life free from any non-genetic chronic / metabolic disease,
6. Improve the feeling of everlasting happiness within human intimacy and more.
I encourage the readers to participate in spreading the word of this novel phenomenon of
‘Biological transformation’ and in supporting our endeavors. We would also like to encourage any
organization to collaborate with us to improve the scientific inquiry in the field of “Biological
Transformations Controlled by the Mind.”
