Greetings!

I am writing to show my great interest in working in your company as a Virtual Assistant. I am an


administrative assistant and an executive secretary based in Dulag, Leyte. My work experiences involved
technical, computer and communication skills where I was able to hone my skills and execute all the
tasks beyond my employer's expectation. I have so much exposure in receiving and sending
communications, organize tasks for the Chief/Head of Office and coordinate with other Government
Offices to accomplish specific tasks that require such coordination.

I do not have a formal training relative of being a virtual assistant but with the consideration of my
previous work experiences with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry , I can say that I have
been well trained and exposed in providing assistance to clients over the phone and communicating
with them through email. I have made initiative learning about the career or tasks of a Virtual Assistant
and it made me very interested and I believe that I have skills that a virtual assistant needs. I am more
than willing to learn more about it and to undergo more training programs should your good office
require.
