Dear Mr. Bright

I am writing today to report a conflict I am having with my colleague, Jason Derulo. Due to a number of
incidents, which have occurred in front of other team members, I am reaching out to you to help resolve
this problem. I have attached email correspondences that I have exchanged with said co-worker, which
outlines the situation at length.

I regretfully have to say that the issue is still unresolved, and there is noticeable tension between me and
my colleague, which has already affected our working relationship. For this reason, I feel it is time to
make an official complaint. Here is my side of the story:

On Sunday, 20, when I was performing my daily routine, Jason started running around and laughing
aloud preventing me from doing the daily check. I asked him several times to reduce the volume of his
voice, to which he responded negatively. On Monday 21, a similar instance of this occurred, and again
the next day. You can understand my frustration.

As a Maintenance technician, I have daily targets. However, due to this conduct, I am unable to perform
my duties effectively. I would like to resolve this matter as peacefully as possible, please advise on next
steps.
