AWB Search.

+ General Information | AWB Search.

The eTracking system allows you to search for a single AWB or for multiple AWBs.
You may also search by House AWB (HAWB).

+ AWB not found or invalid AWB | Why is the system not able to find my AWB?
You will receive this error message if the airline prefix (e.g. 020) is missing or MAWB
number is not correct. AWBs will only be displayed up to 30 days from planned time
of delivery. For requests after this period of time please contact our echannel support
team.

+ House AWB Search | Do you offer eTracking on House AWB level?

House AWBs inquiries are possible under the Lufthansa Cargo eTracking services.
Your HAWB inquiries will be displayed under the Master AWB, as currently Lufthansa
Cargo does not offer tracking data on piece level.

+ Multiple AWB Search | How to enter more than one AWB number?
You may search up to 10 AWBs contemporaneously. Having entered the first AWB
number a new field will open up and you can insert the next AWB number.

+ Single AWB Search | Can I only search for LH AWBs with prefix 020?
While the LH prefix is prefilled with 020 in the AWB number field, it is editable and can
read other prefixes. Lufthansa Cargo’s tracking system is also available for AWBs
from other airlines as long as there is available information from these airlines.

+ Specially protected AWB | Are there any particularities for secured shipments?
You are only allowed to track a specially protected AWB (e.g. valuable or vulnerable)
if you are included on the AWB and if you are logged into Lufthansa Cargo’s
eServices portal. If you are not logged in an error message will appear: “The AWB
has not been found or requires login”.
