Respected ma’am
I, doni nongmaithem , hereby authorize (anulekha hazarika) to collect my marksheet on my
behalf of me as I am unable to attend college due to family reasons . I am not in a condition
to collect my marksheet and I don’t have any objection for anulekha collecting my
marksheet .
