A healthy perspective shapes our lives, and it help us to know what decisions and actions we are
going to make. A perspective also makes us different above the other it also is view as valuable
assets that affect not only our thoughts and behavior but also the choice that we make. According
to (Zimbardo)we all live in multiple time zones, learned from childhood, shaped by education,
culture, social class and experience with economic and family in stability and instability to become
oriented to past, present and to future.
Our time perspective comes from our day to day experiences and these experiences determined
our actions but we must also determine and the outcome of it. There's a lot of good and bad things
happen to us. In some instances we focus in the past negative experiences like, regrets, failure,
abuse and trauma while the other are primarily focus in their past positive experiences like
remembering good old days, gratitude and success. We all have our own opinions and
perspective when in comes to the reality. But this reality especially our own perspective is
connected to our past and we are still holding on and we have to admit that it is one of the reason
of who are we and what we are today. We can a make change by means of remembering the
things that we’ve gone through with the positivity that the past that was built on us. Healthy
perspective combines all the happenings in our past, present to future so, we need to put
ourselves in the way of removing all the negativity that happened to our lives and see the good in
it in order to have a happy life with a healthy perspective.
