Stop Log Gates Stop Log Gate

Stoplogs are hydraulic engineering control element that are

used to adjust the water level and/or flow rate in a river, canal, or
reservoir

These are designed as per latest IS standard and per client requirement
in various combinations using varied materials depending upon the
specific application. The guiding grooves are provided for easy lifting
of the gate. The lifting can be done manually or motorized. The Gates
are provided in both sliding or fixed wheel type.

Trash Racks Trash Rack

Trash Cleaning Machines are usually provided ahead of the

medium / fine screen where they are used ahead of the Travelling
Water Screen to ensure removal of coarse debris before the water
reaches the Travelling Water Screen and also find major applications in
typical water and wastewater treatment plants and are most commonly
used units in the Sewage Pumping Stations ahead of the Pump House.

The Trash Cleaning Machine, offered by Triveni, is available in guided

& non-guided options. The guided option is provided where the
channel width is limited and single unit can clean the entire rack width
in a single stroke. In the non-guided option, these units are generally
provided with a traversing option where the entire machine moves
from one end of the bay to the other and, in the process, the Trash
Cleaning Machine cleans the entire width of the rack in steps.

Travelling Water Screens Travelling Water Screen

Travelling Water Screen(TWS) effectively removes

debris from intake water sources, to ensure adequately

screened water before it is taken into the industrial water

system, either by gravity or through pumping mains. These

screens are available in all possible options of :

4 Thru Flow

4 Centre Flow

4 Dual Fow

Travelling Water Screens can be operated continuously or

intermittently and can be provided with baskets in metallic or

non-metallic construction with varying mesh sizes. The high

pressure spraying system is provided with efficient nozzles,

which ensures efficient and effective cleaning of the screens

as it returns back to the water flow. Travelling Water Screens

can be provided either in carbon steel construction for

normal surface water application or in alloy steel construction

for abrasive/sea water application.
