Why Trishul?

Symbolizing a powerful weapon i.e. Energy. The three branches Oil and Gas, Power and
Energy Trading management are the 3-sharp edges of the trident which altogether shows the
authoritativeness in the current era.

Vision

Creating opportunities with the collaborative efforts from the students of Oil & Gas
management (UG & PG), Power Management (PG) and Energy Trading Management (PG)
which will help in exposing and exploring energy industry. This club will focus to gain
knowledge from industrial experts in energy sector. By leveraging our collective networks,
delivering pertinent knowledge in a rapidly evolving sector, and organizing collaborative
inter-club events, we hope to make energy an accessible and enticing career prospect.

We as a group representing Energy Management from diverse functions and what connects
us is the aspiration to live in a sustainable energy-efficient future. That powerful idea keeps
us going each day - to explore clean technology, to nurture entrepreneurship, to collaborate
with like-minded people.

1) 8 Executive Members (Advisory Committee)


 Advise and provide new ideas to the core members related to the activities to
be happened in the club and help the president to the decisions.
 To play the role of the consultant and give solutions to the whole team and
suggest the upcoming events according to the members feedback.
2) President:
 Serves as a spokesperson for the club.
 Governs the Club activities, lead the events as conveyor. Presides over the
meetings happening within the club.
 Overall supervison of the club long with inter persosnal relations handling.

3) Vice President:
 Looks after the administration and act as co-conveyor.
 Preside the activities along with president.
 Recruitment of other core committee members.

4) Secretary:
 Organize and plan the events & meetings, coordinating with VP.

5) Joint Secretary:
 Coordinate with Secretary and handle the issues of the core committee.

6) Treasurer:
 Responsible for all the finance related activities of the Club.
 Preparation of the budget of every event and have a track on the spending.

Organize the major events.

7.2) Editorial Team


Activities related to the monthly journals and have proper documentation of the
activities of the Club.

7.3) Media
Activities related to coverage of the event and the designing of the posters for the
events.

7.4) PR/Marketing
Promotional activities and monitor the amount of participation in the events.

7.5) Sponsorship
Responsible for bringing sponsorship for the major events and have a good
relationship with sponsors.

7.6) Registration/Membership
Monitor the participation of students in the events and coordinate with treasurer
related to budgeting according to the registration.

7.7) Alumni Relation


Maintain relationship with the alumnis. Arrange guest sessions with alumnis on
campus/skype.
