Dear Sirs,

In compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration,

Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and as stated in our
document on Social Compliance and Quality Assurance that you have received in
attachment to our purchase order, El Corte Inglés S.A. Group of Companies requires
its suppliers to comply with REACH obligations and to have a comprehensive
knowledge of all substances used in the production of any product, making sure that
Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in no case exceed 0,1% (w/w) in the articles
supplied and that substances with a restricted use do not exceed the authorized terms
and limits.

1. All articles delivered related to order nr. (or proforma invoice nr.) ........................
dept. no. ............ dated ............................. are REACH compliant and that none of
these articles contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed by the
European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and which are part of the Annex XIV of REACH
in a concentration exceeding 0,1% (w/w) in the article.

2. All the articles we provide comply with Annex XVII of REACH, regarding the limited
contents of some chemical substances.

3. In order for El Corte Inglés S.A. Group of Companies to be able to comply with
Article 33 of the REACH Regulation and upon request from any of its customers, we
commit to provide El Corte Inglés S.A. Group of Companies with the name of
substances of very high concern which eventually might be included in the composition
of the products delivered and provide information on its safe handling, including safe
disposal if relevant, and this within 30 days from request.
