A 2-lane undivided collector road of 1 kilometer length is to be constructed in Lahore. The

pavement is of flexible type. The subgrade consists of suitable material and will have a good
bearing capacity upon compaction. You are hired as a construction manager by the main
contractor. As a construction manager:
a) Identify the stakeholders involved in the project (no fictitious stakeholders)

b) Keeping the project deliverables in mind, list down all the activities and generate
work breakdown structure (WBS); use proper WBS coding

c) Estimate activities time duration, cost expenditure, and resource requirement (make
appropriate assumptions)

d) Establish precedence relationships and draw the project network using suitable
techniques

e) Determine the minimum time required to complete the project by using an appropriate
technique (show complete procedure and calculations)
