Buko Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
▪ 1 big can of fruit cocktail
▪ 1 cup coconut strips
▪ 1 block magnolia cheese cheddar (cut cube)
▪ 1 cans nestle cream
▪ ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
Utensils:
Mixing spoon
Strainer
2 large bowls for
Procedures:

1. Strain the juice of the fruit cocktail, nata de coco,and macapuno strings.
2. Place fruit, nata de coco, cheese, coconut strips and macapuno strings in a large
bowl.
3. Add nestle cream and sweetened condensed milk.
4. Mix thoroughly carefully not crushing the fruits and refrigerate overnight.
5. Serve cold.
