Religion has historically been a source of war on conflict between

people ever since people started believing in it. Religious people tend to
believe that their particular religion is the only correct one and all the others
are false. It has been a major feature in some historical conflicts and the
most recent wave of modern terrorism. Religion has taken on extra
significance today because globalisation is challenging and changing
everything.
Since the awakening of religion, wars have been fought in the name
of different gods and goddesses. Still today most violent conflicts contain
religious elements linked up with ethno-national, inter-state, economic,
territorial, cultural and other issues.
After all,religion is more of a weapon than a set of beliefs,and a
weapon that could do that much damage to us should not exist.
