 Clever strategic moves, innate sense of market timing and a deep commitment to
understanding how people used computing devices and desire to develop “insanely
great products”. This enthusiasm remarkably matched the needs abilities and dreams
of millions of customers
 Company defied conventional business logic and was bold enough to experiment out
sides its core market to build retail stores when others were moving to direct sales
distribution models. This helped apple to gain huge “foot traffic”
 “Apple Way”- Deep commitment towards their products and services at its core,
Design thinking, clear development strategy and execution which was propelled by
the CEO, who was also the chief innovator
 Simplicity in design and use – which was well thought through(simplicity is the
