This letter serves to verify that Loma Linda University s, Master of Science, Child Life Specialist has earned academic
endorsement through ACLP at the graduate level. This program is endorsed from April 1, 2019- April 1, 2024.

Through a comprehensive review process, ACLP has verified that the Master of Science, Child Life Specialist program
curriculum meets the academic eligibility requirements for child life certification, and as a result, students who
successfully complete the child life program at Loma Linda University will meet the academic requirements to establish
eligibility for the Child Life Professional Certification Exam upon graduation.

Due to varying degree structures and course sequencing, not all students enrolled in an endorsed program will have a
completed Evaluation Report from ACLP at the time of their internship application. We ask in lieu of this, that clinical
programs accept this letter as documentation that the applying student is enrolled in an endorsed academic program
and will meet the coursework eligibility requirements through their degree plan. After graduating from the endorsed

program and verified that it meets the academic requirements to establish eligibility for the Child Life Professional
Certification Exam. The Endorsed Program Representative has completed and provided an update of the individual
