On-the-Job Training is a process of teaching the students wherein they aretrained or prepared to a
certain job or career. It is useful and simple to learn the jobsthat can be learned by watching and doing.
Under it, the trainer need not explain andanalyze the job detail, as trainees can learn it by observing and
doing it in the actualwork station. The trainees are assigned in different department or areas of
privatecompanies or in the government wherein they are assigned or perform their work toprepare and
exposed themselves to a chosen career.
