Final Acceptance Runs and Handover

IMPORTANT: For this, and subsequent chapters of this Manual, if an item of
equipment requires change out for any reason, an entry must be made in the Site
L Change Out Sheet located in Appendix 26 of this Manual. This document must
then be returned to Houston when the Installation and Commissioning
procedures are complete.

Certificate of Acceptance
For

After completion of the tests detailed in this Manual, and all
dynamic commissioning, Clients should be in a position to sign

the Certificate of Customer Acceptance located in Appendix 24
of this Manual.

Once signed, this certificate should be returned to SIEMENS

The procedures contain details of performance, fuel

changeover and reliability testing.

L IMPORTANT: The following tests MUST be carried out prior to leaving the site.

Device Setting Lists

The device setting schedules located in the contract specific
Operations and Maintenance Manual MUST be filled in if any
device, such as a pressure switch or transmitter, etc., has had
its original value changed in any way.
A copy of the setting schedule must be enclosed with this
Installation and commissioning Manual, in this section, so that
updated Operations and Maintenance Manual and P & ID’s can
be produced and issued to the Client.

A hard copy of the parameter settings MUST be obtained, and
enclosed with this Manual prior to leaving the site.

IMPORTANT: It is vital to carry out this task, as commerical interest are often at
stake.

L The Installation and Commissioning Manual MUST be completed and signed off
prior to demobilising from the site.
The Installation and Commissioning Manual MUST then be returned to the
installation support manager as soon as possible upon return.

Drawings

Any altered drawing(s), either mechanical or electrical, MUST
have it’s details entered onto the Site Modified Drawing List
located in Appendix 25 of this Manual. This list then must be
1 signed off as complete.
The list should then be returned, together with the marked up
drawing(s), with this Manual and handed over at the
Commissioning Debrief.
