Question: How do you train your staffs to ensure the quality


of your service?

Answer: “I let them join trainings, seminars and workshops in

PowerPoint and video presentation featuring tasks involved in
the hospitality industry.”

Question: How do you your supply chain management? Do you do


outsourcing? What are your motivations and risks of
outsourcing as a strategy?

supplies in our restaurant. In monitoring these supplies we

Question: What rules and regulations did you implement to


have a sustainable production of service?

Question: Do you have facilities or areas to put on your


equipment?

functions.”

Question: What are your hotel maintenance management


practices?

Answer: “Daily man mag housekeeping me. Ang maintenance


department namo are always checking our aircons, mga filters,
chlorine sa tubig para ma ensure ang convenience sa pag-stay
sa amoang mga guests. Top one gyud e priority ang cleanliness
kay we are in a service industry serving food.”

Question: What do you consider in designing your lobby?

Answer: “Actually, I have plans on redesigning our lobby but

Question: What are working conditions do you consider in order


to have your employees a higher productivity?

Answer: “We always, see to it that my employees is not

Question: How do you designate individual/ team jobs and task?

Answer: “Kanang naglibog ko una sa pagpadagan sa hotel

sa head per department. Like sa na assign sa catering, siya
na mag plot sa schedules within this week kung kinsay mga tao

report and I’m the one who will make the final judgement. So

Question: What do you consider in building your principal


business in this location?

division nalang ni sa primary business niya.”

Question: When does the Prince Hotel established?

Answer: “Year 2009.”

Question: Do you have any certification of rewards you had


received?

Answer: “Naa, murag naa sa front desk ang mga certificate.”

Question: Do you have any outreached programs?

Answer: “Ah, yes naa sa Por Cristo, those items that are a
bit damaged or naa stains ang mga bedsheets or other things
