QUESTIONS:
1. What are the different ways for customers and or supplier to contact you?
Answer:
Phone call. Phone calls are considered dated means of communication, they still
may be very useful. These are situations when text messaging is inconvenient or
wasting.
Chat on Messenger is also the good means when instant reply is needed. It is
more suitable for questions. For international there is another benefit, as they get
the communication channel free for their customers from different countries.
Emails help to communicate more information. It’s handy to store that information
in mailbox and to refer to it later. So, emails are suitable for general inquiries and
do not usually demand immediate reply but it’s the decency to reply as soon as
possible.
4. Does you business have a website? If yes, how does it help the company? If no
would you consider having in the future why or why not?
Answer: No, but I consider having one in the future.
Reason: Having a business website can further inform and advertise your products
or services to your target consumer/customer.
5. If applicable, would you consider giving a free Wi-Fi in the future? If already have
it dies it help boost sales?
Answer: Free wi-fi sometimes don't help because people will go to your store to
get access but didn't buy anything
