Terms of payment Fifty percent (50%) down payment upon acceptance of this offer, (25%) upon delivery
(25%) upon completion. All over due accounts shall bear penalty interest of five ( 5%) per
month of fraction thereof until paid in full.

Time of delivery Forty five ( 45 ) working days upon receipt of written acceptance of this offer and fifty
percent down payment. RMP shall not how ever, be liable for delay of 1completion caused by
any reason beyond our control.

Warranty All equipment fabricated by RMP is guaranteed against factory defect in materials and
workmanship for a period of one week from the date of delivery. Parts incorporated into the
equipment not made by RMP has no guarantee. It is under stood that this guarantee shall not
cover damage to the equipment, which intentionally caused by improper use and or
maintenance, lack of care or abusive operations. RMP Food Equipment reserved all the right
to the equipment until fully paid.
