I am Ian Howell P. Boquiron and I would like to express my interest in obtaining employment at the
Cooperative Development Authority as a Cooperative Development Specialist. I have a degree in
Business Administration Major in Financial Accounting from the University of Nueva Caceres which I
obtained last 2014.

I was previously employed at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as Business Counsellor. I
was trained in dealing with business owners to assist them in registering their respective businesses.
My previous job also required me to communicate with different Local Government Units in
Camarines Sur, under my jurisdiction, to extend the services of DTI closer to the people. I’ve been
with DTI since 2017 and I am willing to apply all the knowledge and skills I acquired during my
employment in any available position open in your office.

I am a fast learner and can easily grasp the basic, as well as the intricate concepts underlying each
processes. I am very keen on details and, with proper training, can pin point and troubleshoot errors.

I believe that one must be highly motivated, flexible, hardworking and willing to learn and be trained
to operate effectively within this department. I can assure you that, as a member of your team, I
would bring these attributes to your organization. I would welcome the challenge of working for such
