Rental Company - Terms and Conditions

1. charges start from when the vehicle leave our base and finish at the time or its arrival back at the same location.
2. All booking are subject to availability at the time of reservation. For operational reason our company reserve the rights to substitute vehicle or similar category or capacity ,
when necessary.
3. Booking cost do not include entrances fees, mobile usage, meal, accommodation, venue cost or other incidentals unless specified. Otherwise these will be added to the
booking cost where applicable surcharges may apply to special events, Public Holidays between 12 mid midnight and 5.00 am after hours premium of 30% applies.
4. no refund will be made after the vehicle is dispatched from its base . A non - negotiable cancellation fee applicable to the requested service will be apply for all cancellation.
5. Payment 15% to be pay via credit card to Easybook.com and the balance are to be pay by cash to our chauffeur on duties.
6. Surcharge amount for Pickup/Return applied per way only.

Please note that car rental prices of all companies will be calculated on a daily basis rental rate.
Pickup/return points that are too far away from the predefined location will incur additional surcharge from the car company.
Any surcharge will be charged by the car rental company on the spot.
The car rental company reserves the rights to amend or cancel the booking.
Easybook holds no responsibility should the car company reject your car booking due to any unforeseen circumstances.

NON-REFUNDABLE - NO REFUND WOULD BE GRANTED. Please check the car information carefully before check out, car rental purchases are final and are neither
refundable nor changeable. Duplicated transactions are also not refundable because duplicated transactions block other customers from renting specific car. There will
also be no refund for any unused or partly used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. You are advised to print out the order summary to speed up the car collection process.
2. On the day of car collection, you are required to bring a valid ID/Passport and your driver's license (same person) to the pick up location.
3. Upon validation of your ID number and driver's license, the car rental company will let you collect the car.
4. Car rental booking fee is not refundable.
5. No refund will be allowed for loss of order summary, lateness or forbidden entry into the country of destination.
6. No contrabands of any form are allowed throughout the duration of rental. Drivers and passengers of the rented car will be held responsible if any form of contrabands are
discovered.
7. Drivers and passengers are obliged to comply and accept the company's final arrangements in the event of car breakdown.
8. Neither refund of car rental nor claims will be entertained by the company or agency involved.
