APARTMENT LEASE CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This PARTMENT LEASE CONTRACT, executed by and between:

JOSEPH L. SIAZON, single, Owner of Apartment located at no. 5 Mallillin Street,

Tuguegarao, Cagayan, LESSOR:

MARY ANN B. VALERA, married to ROMMEL M. VALERA, Filipino, of legal age,

hereinafter called these LESSEE;

WITNESSETH that

1. The LESSOR and the LESSEE have agreed, as they hereby agree, on the following terms
and conditions of this APARTMENT LEASE CONTACT:

a. This CONTRACT commences from JUNE, 2016 to JUNE, 2019 unless sooner or
earlier terminated for cause; Provided, however, that if the LESSEE desires to renew
this LEASE CONTRACT upon expiration thereof, he/she shall be given preference
and/or priority, Provided further, that the LESSEE has not violated any of the terms
and conditions of this LEASE CONTRACT.
