Designation : Assistant Manager - Marketing 

Summary 

This role will be a part of the Central Brand Marketing team, handling marketing responsibilities 
spanning creative development and media operations. The brand marketing team handles high 
volumes of media spends and creative production, and strives hard to ensure that output drives 
strong business growth and consumer love. The role will provide ample scope for ideation, 
learning and glee. The candidate should have creative sense, bias for action and high attention to 
detail.  

The candidate will report into GM-Brand Marketing who is responsible for Brand Communications 
, Media buying and Consumer research sub-functions.  

Job Description 

1. Work on productions and brand integrations with internal creative studio, creative 
agencies and media partners.  

2. Creative operations and adaptations : Routing, deploying and tracking brand 


communications across channels.  
3. Coordinate and communicate campaign schedules with internal stakeholders to ensure 
status and process are aligned.  

4. Agency/Vendor Management & reporting : Managing legal, finance and accounts 


processes including onboarding, purchase orders and payments. 

Minimum Requirements 

1. 3+ years of total work experience . 


2. MBA in marketing is a must.  
3. Strong language skills : written and oral. 
4. Work experience in E commerce or Mobile App based environments is a must. 
5. Digital or offline campaign management experience will be considered highly relevant.  
6. Experience working directly with graphic designers, copywriters, marketing vendors and 
media agencies. 

 
 
 

7. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in production and 
digital media.
