Please contact the TCIL office from where you booked the tour to obtain a tour refund form. 3. Attach necessary documentation to support the reasons for cancellation of tour: A. Hospital / Medical reports B. Certified death certificate in the event of a death., C. Visa rejection letter. D. Any appropriate documentation that officially explains the cause of Your Trip cancellation, delay or Interruption, 4, Refund will be processed 15 business days of receiving the cancellation & refund request. 5. Visa fee & TCTP charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. 6. Refund will be in the form of Cheque 7.
