JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
 Production planning / scheduling for manufacturing of coils as per priorities and committed dates
 planning day-to-day activities, production schedules and work allocation
 Preparing BOM as per work order/Drg. received from customer or design dep’t.
 Header size & distributor size calculation as per distributor in DX coils & as per circuiting & row depth in
chilled water coils.
 Insure QC clearance in process and final before dispatch.
 Hairpin length size calculation for various fin length size.
 Complete calculation for bend condenser coils (cu. Hair pin & fin length).
 Friendly with burr-oak setup & kings fin press.
 Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
 Liaise and purchase raw materials from suppliers
 Lead, train and guide the production team
 Monitoring and evaluation of performance of brazers & m/c operators through daily production reports.
 Maintaining welder’s/brazer’s qualification as per ASME norms
 Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools like Die punch, Bullets, flairng tool.
 Record preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, & stores
 Maintain production record as per ISO requirment.
 Process improvements in coil manufacturing to achieve required level of internal contamination.
 Control In process rejection through red bin analysis.
 Completely handle the Prototype sample coil development.
 Provided exact bending allowance for all material sheets, complete knowledge of SHEARING BENDING,
PUFF, POWERPRESS, BENDING, PUFF, AL.CUTTING, DRILLING & GRINDER MACHINES.
 Excellent knowledge of welding processes TIG, MIG, SPOT WELDING, ARC WELDING, BRAZING &
SOLDERING ETC.
 Developed many sheet metals parts and units as per drawings with the help of machines and using
engineering skills.
