all students have this information)
First, make a group of 5 students.
Identify an organisation that you can visit and study. For example, a retailing organisation or a chain, a
manufacturing organisation, a bank, an academic institute or a law firm. You should be able to visit and talk to
the managers and employees in the organisation to have information systems or an ERP system.Choose the
organisation very carefully.

2. Methodology adopted for development, Budget Allocated
3. Cost-Benefit analysis
4. ERP Implementation Partners
5. ERP selection partner
6. ERP package Selected/Database Selection
7. Project Team Structure, Time allocation
8. Modules Implemented(Functional Modules like HRM,SCM,FM )
9. Priority of the modules
10. Levels of customization/ Re-engineering
Any other addition can be done to this project.
Prepare a project report of the content compiled and Submit it by 25 August.
