My Plan of Action

Being a global citizen as I was able to finish the 5 modules, the thing that I can do right now first is to
become a good example to my fellowmen by means of becoming a law-abiding citizen. I would use myself as a
role model for example is by proper disposal of wastes in our community. If I can dispose and segregate my
wastes properly and I can show it and tell it to my fellow community people then they will also do what I am
doing. As a youth federation councilor in our barangay here in Natividad, Pangasinan, we also conduct projects
like donation of medicines, supplies, and other recreational stuff to the people of our community as the
government sends fund for us to expense it. We also conduct tree planting activities on the different parts of our
town for our clean and green project. We do cleaning projects as well. Seminars about timely issues and
problems in the society and how to solve them.

Another thing that I can contribute or do, as mentioned in my last answer on Module 4 is my support to
our Congresswoman. It does not necessarily concern with political stuff and there is nothing malicious but it is
pure service, that is what I can see with her and I do really admire her a lot because she is exceptional and one
of a kind. As a matter of fact, I was her scholar and she is giving me educational assistance to continue studying
in college. So much for that what can I do is to become a responsible student so that her assistance fund given to
me will not go to nothing but rather make a student like me a successful accountant in the future to contribute in
the corporate world where the economy runs and by that, I can help in the industrial and business aspects of my
country, Philippines.

In addition to that, I raise my support with her by means of joining her programs, her advocacies, her
projects and other platforms because I believe that the support of her people is what’s keep her going, pushing
and doing her responsibility as the Congresswoman of our Province, and if she feels that her people is
responsive of her missions for her place and she can see that her people are thankful, then it would be an honor
for her to be a leader of her province. It would boost her to pursue and even continue more. I can help in her
medical missions by joining and going to remote areas where help is really much needed. Participating in her
seminars in order to show other people how worthy such things are, sharing forums or exchanging knowledge
between speakers and also the people.

That is the true essence of global citizenship, being a family. Having a company. Working and doing
things together. Helping each other, and raising one another.
