revolutionary and strong beliefs of the organisations moved me and motivated me to work and
gain knowledge in field of criminal law as much I can.

Roles and Responsibility:

My major work during this internship period was to take the next date of cases for hearing
purpose from the courts and record these dates in a diary so that no dates get exchanged. I was
also assigned to Write A Leave Application letter for the Plaintiff/Defendant and present that
leave application in front of Judges of the respective court so that the respective judge can
transfer the case for the next date. I had to apply an application to get the duplicate copies of
court orders. My working office is to prepare a chart for the next working day, arrange the flies
in date wise order so it will be convenient to find case files and I had to deal with clients also
and fulfill their queries at my best. I had to visit the police station according to their jurisdiction
power in the cases and get the FIR registered and collect the duplicate copy of the registered
FIR so that we have a proof of the registered FIR and I had to visits the High Court Jaipur to
collect the orders of courts in cases and to read those court orders so that I can gain some
knowledge and I had to visit Krishnagar Court for hearing of cases with my seniors.

Learning:

From my 40 days internship at Advocate Chandrabhan Singh Rathore Law Firm, I got to know
about the law firm and the work they are doing to bring justice in society and to add some more
meaning to justice. I learned so many things there which will help in present as well as future. I
got to know about the challenges that are being faced by a recently graduated in law and enters
into litigation and I learned that how court works and how these courts are divided according to
their jurisdiction I learned about the rules and regulation of court, do’s and Don’ts in court. I
learned hoe to write a leave application letter and how to present the same in court. I learned
how to get the duplicate copies of court orders. I learned how to register a FIR and how to get
copy of the same. Most important thing I had learned is how to file a case in courts and what
documentations are required for the same.

Through the help of this law firm I got to know about the reality of court and their working
conditions there, still after 72 years of independence we are still lacking behind in our system
as the procedure and working is very slow. The poor people still not getting justice in society
just because of lack of money. They are not getting basic judicial services as they don’t have
basic general knowledge about their right and they are being mistreated by the people on
dominating position. But I had some people in court who are working for the welfare o these
poor people and saving their right from getting exploited.

Overall Experience:

My overall journey and experience were good in this law firm. I had a great time working and
learning. I really liked the work environment in this law firm and the professionalism of the
employee at Advocate Chandrabhan Singh Rathore Law Firm. It was a good place to work at
and a great place to learn. This law firm gave me a chance to contribute my bit in society by
bringing justice in some way or other. I had worked a lot more in legal area this will clear my
basics and base for future when I will work and I wish that get more chances of interning at
places like this related to legal field.

My experience was a memorable one. I would like to work in this law firm again. My happiest
moment was that interacting with the judges of courts during lunch or their free period and
interacting with then and to enlighten my knowledge from their and they had shared their
experience of college life with me and my interaction with them motivated me to learn more
and work hard as much I can. I will remember these moments for my rest of the life.

Interning at this law firm was one of the most memorable experiences of my life and it made me
realize the value to law and justice in society and in the world full of dangers.
