SUBJECT: restaurant proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant

Entrepreneur simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am
required to first establish the name and location of my restaurant. Please
review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have
your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of
this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is The Dancing Diner. The theme for my
restaurant is the 50’s because it can take people back and make it cute and
fun. The color scheme for my restaurant is light blues, greens, pinks, and
oranges. The signature dish would be a candy milkshake for anybody's
liking. They would get to choose what toppings they would like. My
restaurant would be in Pittsburgh,PA.

Restaurant Reasoning:
The reason why I chose the diner is because I have always liked the look of
diners. The themes of the restaurants that I have been to have always
been so nice so pretty.
