Greetings of Peace!

I am writing your good office in order to officially inform you that I will be resigning from the
Department of Health as Midwife II, effective October 1, 2019.

My reason for this sudden resignation is that I will be going abroad to study Community
Services. I found it a very wonderful opportunity to improve myself since my profession entails
involvement with the community.

My time in this invaluable institution has been very enjoyable, stimulating, eye-opening and
extremely rewarding. However, as much as I want to stay, I also have a dream to grow more as
professional.

Thank you so much for the opportunity, the growth and professional development you have
provided me. I hope that you will still open your doors for me if time and circumstance will call
me to be home one day and I will be very glad to share everything that I will learn there.
