CHRISTMAS CAROLLING CARAVAN

1. Short Presentation

During holidays 20.12.19 - 10.01.20 we plan to have a Carolling caravan that will spread
the birth of Jesus Christ in as many cities and villages as possible. We plan to load the trailer in
the morning and go carolling the entire day in two or three locations. During this program we will
have coffee, popcorn and candy cotton for children and adults. The program will be around 1
hour and 30 minutes per village. In each program we will have Christmas carols, a testimony and
a short gospel message.

2. Objectives
- To reach at least 50 different locations

- Involving local churches to take part and invite

- To reach 300-400 people per location, total 15.000 people

4. Detailed Costs (The entire Caravan)

- Sound system ($2.000)
- Petrol for cars ( UAH 5.000)

- Petrol for ministry teams ( UAH. 4.000)

- Decoration of Sprinter and trailer ( UAH 4.000)

- Popcorn, Coffee, biscuit and candy cotton ( UAH 30.000)

- Ministry team lunch break 20 persons ( UAH 48.000)
