Consequent to the superannuation of Mr. N Hariharan from the services of the Company on 1st
January 2020, the Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. A Sivaram
Nair as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from 2nd January 2020.

Mr. Sivaram Nair has completed his graduation in Commerce in the year 1985. He then
completed his Bachelor’s in Law in the year 1989 along with the Company Secretary course from
Institute of Company Secretaries of India, in the same year. He has also completed the Chartered
Secretary course in the year 2000 from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators,
UK.

Prior to joining L&T, Mr. Sivaram Nair has over 31 years of experience in various organizations
with his last tenure at Mphasis Limited as EVP & Company Secretary, General Counsel &
Compliance Officer.

Mr. Sivaram Nair will continue to operate from L&T House, Mumbai and will report to the
undersigned.
