Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Indian king. The theme of my restaurant is to make food that tastes like its
from India.The color scheme I have decided to use is a combination of white, orange, and green to
represent the Indian flag and also yellow so it makes people feel welcomed. The signature dish at my
restaurant will be rice with chicken curry. The restaurant will be located at Pittsburgh,Pennsylavia.

Restaurant reasoning: My Grandma always makes all kinds of indian food and my favorite one is the rice
with chicken curry. We have family over for dinner and my aunt always says, “ I wish I opened a
restaurant to make our culture food and serve it to people so they can see how good our food is.”
