 Problem Statement: NYKS requires a software/Mobile through which
we may take attendance of the officers who are
working in the different districts and states
across the country.

 Idea Description
We will be making a software to log the attendance registry of the officers working
in all the 623 district offices and 29 state offices under Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan
(NYKS).Few examples how we will deal with the problems are:
 In this software we will collecting the Geo location of the officer using his/her
mobile phone GPS system.
 We will also be using run time voice recognition system using A.I. which will be
programmed using Python.
 A face recognition system will ales be used to identify the valid user of the unique
identity given to each officers.

Technology Stack
1.We will be using an open source, beautiful and elegant programming language
Python which is very efficient for coding the A.I. systems.
2.And we will also take some help from html and javascript and parse them
to make the website needed for the e-register log book.
 Dependencies
 Our e-register will use latest python 3.7
 We will also use HTML 5, JAVA Script version 1.8.5 (Identical to ECMAScript 5).
 A permission grant of the Camera,Microphone and GPS location of the user.
