3, Nabunturan, Davao De Oro Province. Ang kaso sa suspek nanukad sa kasong arson
niadtong Enero 23, 2008 kinsa maoy gikonsiderang Top 3 most wanted sa Maragusan
MPS.

Nabingwit ang suspetsado sa gilusad nga manhunt Charlie operation didto sa Purok
Dagohoy, Brgy. New Albay, Maragusan sa alas 6:30 sa gabii, Sabado.

Mokabat sa P24 mil ang girekomendang piyansa sa korte bugti sa temporaryong

Total ban sa Kuwait aprubado na ni

MANILA, Philippines — Inaprubahan na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang panawagan
ng Labor department na ipatupad ang total ban sa pagpapadala ng mga overseas
Filipino workers sa Kuwait.

Ayon kay Presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo, nais ng Pangulo na magkaroon

ng total ban hangga’t hindi tuluyang naipatutupad ang memorandum of agreement sa
pagitan ng Pilipinas at Kuwait at lahat ng mga napagkasunduan sa mga labor contract
ng mga OFWs.

Kabilang din sa nais ipatigil ang pagpapadala ng mga skilled workers hanggat hindi
sumusunod ang Kuwait sa mga probisyon ng kasunduan na binuo noong 2018.

“(President Duterte) is for a total ban until the memorandum of agreement between the
two countries is fully implemented and the terms contained therein are incorporated in
every labor contract with our OFWs,” sabi ni Panelo.

Sinabi rin ni Panelo na tinangka ng gobyerno ng Kuwait na itago ang totoong nangyari
sa pagkamatay ni Jeanelyn Villavende.

survey of global leaders finds

LONDON — Climate-change-related threats such as extreme weather, large-scale

biodiversity losses and a failure of political leaders to slow planetary heating are now the
top long-term risks facing the globe, business and other leaders said on Wednesday.

An annual risk survey published ahead of the World Economic Forum next week put
climate threats ahead of risks ranging from cyberattacks and pandemics to geopolitical
conflict and weapons of mass destruction for the first time.

“That’s new. Last year we didn’t have it,” said Mirek Dusek, deputy head of the Centre
for Geopolitical and Regional Affairs and an executive committee member of the World
Economic Forum, of the rise of environmental issues up the list.
