KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The DEED OF SALE made and executed by and between VENDOR NAME, single of legal age,
Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at Banica, Roxas City hereinafter called VENDOR and;

Vendee Name, single of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at Inzo
Arnaldo, Roxas City hereinafter called VENDEE;

WITNESSETH

is more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five thousand pesos only, Philippine Currency,
which the VENDOR had receive to its entire and complete satisfaction for the VENDEE receipt hereof is
hereby acknowledge and confessed, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in favor of the
VENDEE his/her heirs, successors and assigns the above described property free from liens and
encumbrances.
